The only marketing software suite I'll ever use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy everything is. Whether you're starting from scratch or a seasoned pro, the platform is so intuitive you can get up and running within minutes. And, if you really get stuck, there's so much support available, either in the form of extensive self-help articles or through HubSpot's excellent support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things I dislike about HubSpot, but if I had to be really nit-picky it would be the fact that things are constantly changing.. It's great that the platform is developing all the time but you often find new features and that things have moved somewhere else. However, HubSpot do such a fantastic job of keeping you in the loop, that it really isn't an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge we've solved is getting our marketing and sales teams working together much more efficiently. Since we moved to the HubSpot CRM and sales tools, our sales process is much faster and we're able to see progress end-to-end and start attributing closed deals that have been influenced by marketing efforts. The real benefits are having complete visibility over what our leads and contacts are doing so that we can make changes to improve our marketing and sales strategies as we go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Marketing and sales platforms are often only as effective as the people using them. But HubSpot is the only one I've used that provides you with so much help, support and inspiration. if you're looking for an all-in-one marketing and sales powerhouse.. this is the one.
Powerful efficiency, solid capability, very easy to use...
What do you like best about the product?
We have great visibility on the return of our marketing efforts, presented in a highly actionable way. It has saved significant time through easy, but complex automation of internal and external communications and tasks. Workflows give us the ability to automate a large number of processes, extending ourselves far beyond what we could achieve as a team, and have been able to automate tasks that had previously taken up many man-hours. The ease of use and constant updates that are actually beneficial, make the workflow tool a dream to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attribution is quite elementary, and there are a few attribution factors I would like control over. Key data points are present, but as it is a newer product (Hubspot Ads) there are signs of it's infancy, however it appears to be progressing at an exciting pace. There are a few other features with workflows that would be helpful, but at the rate updates are coming out, I'm sure they'll be covered off shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater ad spend management, greater visibility on creative performance in a more direct, ROI driven context. Have realised a solid uptick in ROI from our digital efforts. Automating a heap of processes that allow us to reach and handle our customers as best as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great CRM and toolset, just make sure you consider your sales process and understand it's limitations.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about hubspot is their social media reporting tool. I recently connected our social media accounts for more than just publishing and scheduling content in advance. I can now see NEW CONTACTS that come from our social media accounts and posts, which as a digital marketer is very exciting. This feature is one of my favorites as it shows real progress for an area of marketing that is usually very difficult to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I dislike the fact that my team doesn't use hubspot more. At previous companies hubspot was our only CRM, now we use the integration with salesforce and it doesn't always play nicely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a huge time management tool for me. By being able to schedule out social media posts in advance I am definitely solving the problem of time management. Additionally, Hubspot allows me to fill in gaps for social media data analysis and is also great for tracking and creating campaigns. I love how the campaigns appear perfectly in Google Analytics, makes my life a breeze when it comes to reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're going to use the platform, try to use all of the platform. Host your website in hubspot, use it for emails, use it for reporting. Try not to have work in several other platforms as well. I find the salesforce and Hubspot integration can sometimes be tricky.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is connected back to the contact... emails, social media, google search, website traffic. All of this data and creates a predictive lead score that helps you know which leads are interested in which leads or not. Our organization believes in a lot of outbound selling even though HubSpot philosophy is more of an inbound sales process. Regardless this tools helped us grow sales
What do you dislike about the product?
Email templates are not available in mass emailing. When you’re sending a one on one email to a contact of spot has ability to have a library of email templates at your disposal. However, you cannot use those email templates when sending out a mass email to a group of people. Hi Sparky mobile app also does not tell you the activity owner but simply shows the activity type in Notes so can you be challenging to see who did White on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us to keep all of our communication with a prospective customer in one simple spot. This helps us to create value for customers and make them feel like a person and not just a number. We are also experimenting with how to use HubSpot not just for prospective customers but ones that we currently serve. Our sales cycle is about 90 days but a lot of the customers that we are signing up go through the sales process a few times before they get signed up. Keeping good notes of how we interacted with a prospective customer in HubSpot is allowed us to pick up where we left off the last time we talked to the contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free version and then get sucked in with all the helpful tools that cost extra money. It has been great for us and let us grow into more the system as we master certain parts of it.
Hubspot's Amazing Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about using Hubspot is the social media tool. It allows me to connect all my clients different social media platforms within their Hubspot portal and bulk schedule all my posts for the month at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot does have a considerable learning curve. Even though it is a fairly intuitive interface once you've navigated through a bit, Hubspot can take that initial startup time to learn how to navigate. Luckily, Hubspot has free learning courses and a free version of Hubspot for any new users to practice their skills using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me organize all of my clients digital marketing resources and strategies in one platform, which definitely helps when explaining how everything ties together in an overall digital marketing strategy with a client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Rolling Out Hubspot is great, make sure to take full advantage of the support offered when rolling out and moving your company over to Hubspot.
HubSpot is a fantastic tool that I use daily. I couldn't do my job as effectively without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive. Even when a new feature is released I feel that I can use it with ease, right away. The support team is also fantastic - No matter what I have thrown at them they have met my needs.
Finally, I love that they are constantly improving. It's not perfect YET but it feels like they are striving to be better every day. It means a lot to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the limitations of the tools in managing the database. Merging duplicates should be more automatic. I wish there was a different support line for highly technical questions so that issues can be ironed out in a more timely manner.

Understanding our online user behavior and managing/segmenting our database for more tailored communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly interface with extensive material to support and learn how to use all features and diligent customer support. Have been in contact with our account manager and have received great support and tips to get the most out of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Metrics sometimes don´t match in social media or Google Analytics. Still have to better understand the differences when I prepare reports. Will probably book a meeting with our account manager to clarify this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our Digital Marketing efforts are done using Husbpot. And we have came up with more and more ideas to use it based on examples given by other users or our account manager. Our company has become a lot more proactive
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is very easy to use, has a lot of guidelines, online support and library to help you understand all features as well as give you ideas of how to use its full potential. The interface is extremely user friendly and customer support is always quick to help in case of need. I´m very satisfied with how Husbpot performs and all of the automation we can do it allows for great ideas to be developed and implemented.
Where would we be without Hubspot?
What do you like best about the product?
We couldn't have scaled our content, email and sales processes like we have without Hubspot. As our marketing team grows and we get different skill sets on board, Hubspot has scaled so well in helping us take all our ideas from vision to reality. Since I'm responsible for content strategy and creation, Hubspot's rework of the SEO/ content cluster tool has been so valuable in helping to scale our content, grow brand awareness and create content that our prospects are really looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs - sometimes on landing pages I have to enter text in the module view instead of in the landing page. Design templates were difficult to figure out at first. I also think the calendar could be a lot more user friendly and I would love to be able to use it as an editorial calendar .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching our prospects and analyzing what resonates with them - whether through email marketing analytics or analyzing blog performance.
Great for scheduling social media posts and email workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Great and easy to create and schedule posts. You can select custom times for the most popular times to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
No tagging of people in LinkedIn posts. The analytics could be more detailed.

I now am able to schedule all my social media posts in one place. The email workflows are very intuitive and easy to set up.
A good marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule as many posts as you want and the ease of monitoring conversations. I like the new analytics page and the graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the media library - that you have to upload images first to the media library before you can select them for the social post. Also, I don't like have when you mass schedule posts - the posts are seperated so you have to click each post to edit and add an image.
I am still using another marketing tool to monitor content from other pages on Facebook so that this can be shared. It would be good to have this feature on Hubspot.

I am having a problem with how often my social networks are being disconnected and then not being told for a few days by Hubspot.
