A useful tool in marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides fairly easy customization tools for developing landing pages, allows you to add CSS and HTML to sandboxed areas, and does a good job of connecting resources - including drip campaigns, landing pages, and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page editors can be a bit clunky, and restricting at times. Fighting against the applications themselves is a pain, but I understand why it's necessary. They also should work faster to update their FAQs, since they often reference previous designs and changed systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation and targeting potential customers across multiple business lines has been a lot easier than it was when I was utilizing multiple tools for the same thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial and build as much as you can. When you understand the features it becomes more simple.

A very nice tool, but lacking some Social Media resources

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a super complete sofware in terms of resources for email, landing pages, Social Media, Inbound Marketing, SEO, automation and everything else. It helps a lot on generating complete (and accurate) reports, which also helps a lot when it comes to proving social media efforts to managers and/or president of a company. It has a great and clear interface, easy to get used to and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although is very complete, it lacks some (of what I consider) essential resources in Social Media Tools, such as multiple image posting on Instagram, redifining shared image on link posts on Facebook, stories for Instagram and others. That means I have to use other tools to complement this necessity, but, above all things, Hubspot is a super nice tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just started Social Media efforts in the company I work for (which previously had none), and is, as I said, a very complete tool that helps unifying tasks in one place, which also helps when it comes to organizing responsibilities and understanding what others do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the support channels and community forums! They help a lot and also provide quick, accurate and helpful answers.

Great Software

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it has everything you need to run your online business or really any business all in one platform. Newsletters, emails, CRM, marketing, website, landing pages, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that this software is a bit on the pricey side, especially when your business starts growing and you need to add additional capabilities to the software. The more automation you seek out of the software the more you will pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this system for a Client I represent to complete the email marketing aspect of the business and for the CRM portion. I've used all the different platforms at one point or another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The price makes this software not the best for that are first starting out with a limited budget, but they do offer some free versions of all platforms they offer. I suggest beginning with the free packages to test things out and to run a comparison against other competitors you may prefer to see which one you like best.

The best tool for all Client Relations

What do you like best about the product?
I think Hubspot is the best tool for all client relations. It has everything you need for outbounding your potential customers, retaining your current customers and adding value for your company. The own academy they have build is very useful and easy to use.
You can build (after the academy courses) your own outbounding strategy from workflow , sequences until the wright emails and followups.
With hubspot they are trying to create a vision on how to act as a company. This is something i like.
I've used in a small comapny with the free version. It has al the functions you need. In my current company we use it with a bigger team and i'm very happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all american companies it has a great focus on new business and strategies needed to win new business. It could use more focus on retaining and recurring business. How to add value for your current set of customers and how to keep them from leaving. I realise that this is something the AM does. But for me some reports on recurring revenue and exits of customers would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly solved the followup issue. As in all companies followup are the hardest. You've called someone 2/3 times, mailed them one or twice and then a new opportunity arrives. This one seems the more potential so the first one is forgotten. With hubspot you can build workflow so that this potential is not forgotten. He stays on top of mind but is more directed to the automated process. In the case that the opportunity suddenly becomes actual the company knows you.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM feature is free and allows users to enhance their relations with their customers while through the available communication channels. The application is run by outstanding support through the increased resources and solutions to meet a company's needs. It is composed of easy to use templates that are highly customizable. It is also flexible and easy to use through its automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited to companies that are composed of advanced marketing teams. I also do not like the fact that integrating the marketing features with other services provided by the company is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use HubSpot for our marketing automation needs. It is one of our CRM tools that enhance our marketing strategies at the company. Some of the benefits that we realize from the tool include the ability to set-up email campaigns.

HubSpot is an effective CRM tool that allows users to automate their marketing needs providing a seamless experience.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the automation of everything! It saves us countless hours of sending emails, Instead of having to check out our Social Media everyday, we can schedule it a week or two in advance and work on more important things in the meantime!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few glitches here and there within HubSpot but they're constantly updating and improving everything. There's nothing that we really 'dislike' about HubSpot - they're always able to help us solve any problems we run into!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to automate our strings of emails being sent to our inbound leads. Instead of having to schedule ourselves tasks to continually send emails, we pop them into the sequences and it takes care of it for us! Can't get easier than that really! :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly advice HubSpot for ANY business! It's super easy to use, very up-to-date, has amazing features, and the support there is second to none. Not only is the platform great, the employees are always super helpful and wiling to take extra time to help solve any problems or issues you may have found.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a beautiful feature that has helped me in tracking keywords, especially in my internet marketing venture, attracting visitors, converting leads, and customers.
What are these benefits of using HubSpot?
HubSpot has a well-functioning Content Management System, which makes it easier to create content and templates with a responsive design.
It is a social media platform coupled with scheduling, participating, and listening to social engagements.
HubSpot has a system that supports email marketing and leads nurturing.
Provides analytics for tracking marketing actions.
Has a system for tracking keywords, SEO optimization tactics, and creating blogs for maximum returns and profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I don't like about is that one to have to use it 100% to get their real value. Later, you might encounter customization costs to be done by an expert. He /she must be there to ensure everything works correctly. Such fees are not exciting, especially when your budget cannot allow at that time. However, such issues have not deterred us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A HubSpot is a fantastic social media tool that allowed us to manage, publish, and monitor our marketing campaigns. We are able to achieve robust analytics. Also, HubSpot has an elaborate marketing library with excellent templates useful in creating things like email campaigns. After you have completed this exercise, automation comes in, which will help in improving your business growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, give it a try. Business enterprises are using HubSpot as a tool to command impressive results more quickly and effectively. Companies had registered a desirable growth when they applied the said technology, and therefore, you must have a reason to handle the competition and buy the HubSpot to help you remain relevant and command good profits.

Great workflow platform

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hubspot is able to integrate with other software such as Slack, SaasOptics, and Gmail. The automated sync data between softwares are great and really helpful. I also use Hubspot to track performance and account updates which are very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The financial update is unavailable to be synced with SaasOptic so you can't automatically track payment history. So you will need to have a separate software to be able to view accounts receivable report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has been really helpful with the workflow. Starting from news sales, you can get a notification via Slack when new sales is created on Hubspot. Also the task/ticket systems have been really useful. You can create a task and associate it to an account which will show the updated info so you can see the account history with all the details. You can task your team, choose a due date of the task, set a reminder to follow up. Once the task is done, you can see it marked as completed. This process help you find all info in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very good CRM platform. You can utilize Hubspot starting from the sales process and throughout the contract lifetime.

What do you like best about the product?
the best part of this application is they providing many features for free and that is effective too. it is very useful for marketing people hence they have to maintain lots of information and have to send bulk emails
managing your clients is very tough without this kind of software

I don't find any dislikes till now even though if you want me to tell something
then I can say that they have some limitations in their free version

as a marketing person, I feel lot of my works are impossible without this kind of software here you can design your Mail templates and send bulk emails and so on...

What do you like best about the product?
Speed and flexibility. HubSpot has enabled our entire Marketing organization (global) the ability to quickly spin up all the components needed for an effective campaign launch and get it out the door quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a variety of tools in our overall stack, and while HubSpot is very good at mobilizing data captured on its platform to be visualized outside of it, there is still room to improve. We aim to get a complete view of how Marketing is influencing sales cycles from start to finish and all the engagement points that take place in between down to the campaign and even contact level. It's not perfect, but I've noticed HubSpot has really ramped up their Customer feedback programs as I am now speaking with their Product managers on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our GotoMarket strategy is highly segmented (ABM model) with multiple campaigns delivering multiple messaging strategies to targeted accounts across the globe. HubSpot is the heart and lungs of this entire operation, supporting everything we are doing from the top of the funnel to start new conversations down to pre and post deal-closed activities.

Ensure you have a Marketing operations expert ready to help you implement the tool. HubSpot is only as good as the data and processes you equip it with. This is typically unique to each organization.
