What do you like best about the product?
Website + CRM + Marketing = your digital X-Wing for success. All tools in the same toolbox makes it beyond convenient to maximize your online growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
CRM email UI improvements could get more attention. Formatting goes awry sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SO MUCH automation. If thoroughly set up, it allows cruise control of sorts for all the heavy lifting one typically has to do with digital marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you factor in the importance of sales/CRM capabilities and ease of website management when selecting a marketing software. In this regard, HubSpot is 100% unrivaled and lapping the Marketos and Pardots of the world.
HubSpot User Review
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has second-to-none support and education they provide to users. They've helped me become an expert, and stay one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I can think of. Every now and then I run into a feature I wish HubSpot had, but even then I generally can connect with someone to find a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, analytics, strategy ... and more!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to use the tools, support, and education they provide you! They're there to help you... and they will! :)
The best all in one tool you will use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to manage your entire online presence in one place. From website to landing pages, or social media channels, blog, emails and lead generation, everything is tied together for you to measure success and analyze results. The educational offers are amazing, and there is so much great content to help you, it's almost hard to stay on top of. It's very user friendly yet constantly evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social monitoring tools are not the most ideal. Using Twitter lists in the channel is much more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, site and content optimization, SEO, content publishing.. all in one place. We are a HubSpot agency partner and work 100% inbound for us, and our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is the tool to use if you are invested in content marketing and leveraging data to make more informed marketing and sales decisions.
Great for integrating your sales and marketing systems
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it provided our sales team with CRM that was mostly customizable to their sales process and pipeline. The marketing are now able to see and interact with leads and customers with context, as well as to provide context to the sales team.
We recently dove into the reporting and workflow tools to begin attributing revenue and reporting on leads. This is a game-changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, I wrote that the email tool was lacking. However Hubspot has launched updates that allow for drag and drop templates and building, which brings their email tool into a competitive place with Mailchimp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary issue we are solving is providing our sales team a CRM. The marketing side was realized as a benefit that came with this specific CRM and it allows us to bring in traffic and leads. Inbound marketing is a new concept to our company and Hubspot allows us to show them the value of this initiative.
We've been able to automate a number of internal notifications, based on crucial dates, lead scoring, and now revenue earned and leads generated.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great tool to integrate you marketing and sales teams. The sales pipelines are almost fully customizable and you can add and assign almost any property you can think of to a customer or a property. The marketing side allows for easy production of landing pages, emails, forms, etc. However, a knowledge of HTML is required to make any significant edits to these, which can up the cost of the product.
Feature rich with continuous product updates
What do you like best about the product?
• Continuous product updates
• Tons of education and support
• Too many features to count, segmentation, true A/B testing, reports, on and on

What do you dislike about the product?
• While there are a lot of features, it is still missing a few I would like (timeline activity as a field)
• Still a lot of bugs throughout the system (random site-wide stats errors, contacts server downtime)
• Needs more reports from a marketers standpoint. Mostly based towards sales. (I want quarterly email report statistics based off open, click, bounce, and opt-out rates)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated marketing. Doing the task of a huge team with only a small team and some software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an all-in-one service that can accomplish a lot of the marketing stack which is nice. You'll pay for it as it's not cheap. So if you need a big service that accomplishes a ton of stuff, go for it. If you're just starting out, maybe go for a less expensive option and upgrade when appropriate.
HubSpot hits the Spot for medium businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Shows all activities of your database of contacts so you know what is working, and what is not.
Ties your CRM and marketing automation together seamlessly.
Allows you to test content, whether its an email or a landing page.

Allows you to test content, whether its an email or a landing page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a tighter integration between a HubSpot contact and a HubSpot company, it's difficult to track some items since they are considered separate.
Separate the time and date in the data exports
I'd like the social reporting to be better. It should be able to tell me when to post social media updates based on all the data I've given this program.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing the marketing and sales loop! We can actually find out where our sales come from
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The CRM is actually pretty solid as well.. an all in one solution is nice and simple.
HubSpot works great as long as you feed it
What do you like best about the product?
All my digital marketing tools are in one place - website, email, social, blog, PPC programs
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is a Saas platform, they frequently update it (good) but occasionally I have to go searching for where a menu item has moved to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to have a professional marketing and automation platform that integrates to everything else we do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't try to do it yourself - even as a partner, we got help putting it up the first time. And #2, be prepared to feed the constant monster - the system only works if you are creating new content.
Great Marketing Tool - Couldn't do without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the freedom to create my own marketing tools (landing pages, emails, social posts, etc.) and then report on their success. HubSpot's customer support is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some minor lags on reporting due to technical issues, but they have been rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to nurture leads, automate our campaigns and create full loop reporting on our inbound efforts.
Could a software make any more sense?
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing automation tools and the smart content are the best features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't think there's much - perhaps the constant updates can be a little confusing, but that's part of progress!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The methodology is tied into the tool so well that it makes marketing so easy - it's mindless!
Hubspot User for almost 7 years
What do you like best about the product?
It is forward-thinking. Inbound is the future of marketing and HubSpot is a key tool for achieving this.
Since early 2010 I have followed Hubspot's development. First, use in 2013 implementing in one business with two websites. From them, I have brought into other businesses with success. From implementation, the internal teams are happy and wowed by the setup, helpful teams, and flexible software.
The Hubspot tool has changed but continues to look ahead to best serve marketers.
Now running 4 (5&6 ver soon) websites in Hubspot with the marketing tools used across the team based in three different countries. This should be an essential tool for marketing teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
No current issues. in 6 years I have seen minimal downtime. It is a fast-moving tool that can catch some users out but the guidance is helpful and those willing to embrace an ever-changing tool will progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation has increased and it easily integrates with other systems that we use. I have used this with custom-built CRMs and salesforce. All worked well in time, it just needs some planning to figure out what you actually need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For someone wanted to apply an inbound strategy it is essential
