What do you dislike about the product?

So far a decent platform

What do you like best about the product?
For what we need (remote management of remote workers), it has worked well. The fact that there is so many things under one hood is a mainly a blessing, which covers all bases that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
One tool we want to consolidate (remote control) is offered and works well, but if there is slow internet it tends to have trouble connecting. Also the "status" of machines is slower then say a Teamviewer where you see instantly if a machine is online or offline, but with Endpoint Central its more 30 seconds and page refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep remote computers up to date and to provide assistance when needed to a end user.

One of the Best Enterprise Solutions

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I find myself coming back to constanly is the amazing reporting! Additionally, the console is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, what I cant resolve, Endpoint support usually can. No issues. Seeing as I use the product daily, I have many questions and support is there for easy and advanced help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic patch deployment is one of the stress reliever that Endpoint Central offers. Within IT, time is vaery valuable and it helps to be able to configure and deploy my patches automatically based on a patch Tuesday schedule. It also helps us test patch delpoyments before going out to the entire organization.

A great multi-tool for many tasks

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We mostly use patch deployment and software deployment features of Endpoint Central. This allows us to keep our fleet protected while also deploying the latest software our customers need. The remote control tool is easy to use and has great multi display support.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past there have been issues with deploying to Mac OS clients. While these issues do get fixed, they cause deployment delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage Engine is solving our patching and software deployment issues. We can easily setup automatic deployments for new and existing software. This allows us to deploy a lean image and then have software delivered afterwards based on user needs. Manage engine also keeps track of our software licenses so that we don't run into compliance issues.
