ManageEngine Endpoint Central gives us all the tools we need
What do you like best about the product?
This application allows us to see online users in our domain, computers they are signed into, last boot time, as well as gives us an incredibly handy remote control and file transfer tool. It freely allows us to take control and use our admin credentials to perform any task that comes our way. I have very rarely experienced bugs with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better options to recognize that you were signing in from a remembered location/device/SSO session. Currently, it has me sign back in multiple times a day, sometimes within the span of one call. But this is not a major issue or a dealbreaker for using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are given full control over someone's computer remotely, which allows us to work on a machine without the user needing to be local to us or leave the comfort of their home. It makes employee technical troubleshooting a breeze.

Endpoint Central makes it easy for me to do my job with its simple interface. It also helps me to take cyber security measures with its experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about it. The fact that it provides good links for possible threats in the field of cyber security makes my job easier.

The agent's capabilities are very adequate and provide reliable control over the computers in the system.

By using manage engine endpoint central i able to have a detailed and clear visibility of the assets in our organisation

Could have been more precise about available patches and exploits for the vulnerability

Great User Expierence, easy to navigate. Great reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more Templates and Configs availible to manage windows GPO related tasks as well as more easily deploy best practice security settings out onto the servers and workstations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our systems patched. The test and aprove is a great benifit that reduces the risk of bad patches gpoing out to production. Bitlocker encryption with central managed keys... removing unwanted software, and deploying aplications and configs easily and quickly with great reporting in each section....

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to seamlessly remote onto remote office machines, of course, requires the installation of the endpoint central computer agent on the endpoint device. Automated patching makes it easier to group updates by priority. Not only can you manage desktops, laptops, and servers, but you can also manage mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some technicians might find the user interface less intuitive compared to other solutions; however, I am sure the support team has big plans for the product. It has so many possibilities and potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps mitigate the vulnerability of users having to directly work on the Remote Desktop Protocol. It provides a seamless end-user experience without compromising security. Endpoint has empowered us administrators with the ability to manage patching instead of WSUS running and interrupting staff.
