Full featured product that should be more popular!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is one product that can do almost everything you need. Imaging, deployment of scripts/software/patching systems/vulnerability scanner/mdm/various other endpoint management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only dislike is the user interface can be a little clunky and isn't organized the best. I'm not sure how I would make this better, but it should be a little easier to find what you are looking for in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to remotely monitor/patch and perform scripts against all our systems is solving the issue of knowing whether we have any systems which are out of date. This is helping us to strengthen our security posture with ease.
We also don't have to interrupt a user as we can perform behind the scenes software deployments and scripting tasks to correct issues.

This tool is solving my previously unsolvable problems
What do you like best about the product?
As a fully remote workforce, without domain services, it was extremely difficult to protect our users, equipment and data from nefarious activities. I love the UEMS gives me the tools needed to do all of those things and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product does not integrate with Azure AD free tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage Engine gives us the ability to inventory, track, secure and protect our end users, the hardware and our business data. We have been able to standardize hardware, OS and user configurations for our entire workforce, which is something we didn't have before. Being a relatively small company, with a fully-remote work force, using a wide range of hardware platforms, it was extremely difficult to ensure our users had a similar and consistent experience with their computers. Manage Engine gives us those capabilities and much more. From inventory, to standard configs, to patching, to remote control, to DLP and hardware tracking, Manage Engine has helped position us so that we can focus on larger, more impactful activites within the business and not having to worry so much about our hardware, software and data.
Intuitive design and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly commands and functions demonstrate a well-thought-out approach to the design process of this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the communication processes on the back end could be faster.

It's nice to have the ability to pull lists of installed software

Centralization of management, easy task definitions, quick agent deployment, and stable operation with multiple services using the same agent
What do you dislike about the product?
The application deployment rules not being utilized in operating system distribution, despite integration with the local Active Directory, and the Organizational Unit (OU) structure not being fully employed within the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I conduct application and operating system deployments, manage updates for third-party applications, report on the security status of devices within the organization, and apply relevant security patches. Additionally, I remotely troubleshoot user issues

What do you like best about the product?
This product is East of Use and customer support and solutions are quick. Easy to implication and manage.Easy to integration with other tools.

Managed Engine Desktop Central providing the same of Microsoft SCCM.

I think it's suitable to use and to do some things you don't need many steps to do anything, Absulotly Customer Support is available any time you need, The ManageEngine has many features you don't see another company, Definatiolly in our company we integrated with another systems

What do you like best about the product?
Manage engine Endpoint Central has made our IT infrastructure and Assets management easy and we can monitor what Third-party software users are installing in Laptops and we can block the external Hardware devices to connect the Laptops etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Patch Management has to be easy. We get all the Patches which is necessary and not necessary. And some Laptops shows highly vulnerable if some third-party patches are not updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can monitor the updates for every laptop and we can update them remotely at a time.

Overall a good product.
What do you like best about the product?
This product has a ton of features and tools that help simplify a lot of the tasks I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have ever demo'd a different version or a different product that you installed the agent you have to manually uninstall them before you can install the next version. This is rather annoying.

Saving me time and repitition.

What do you like best about the product?
The software does what it says on the tin well, we don't need alot of the features but for deployment and software managment it is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pre provisioned templates don't work and need modifying. The initial outlay is considerable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacment of other products for deploying and managing software and patch deployments.
Simple but effective solution for endpoint management
What do you like best about the product?
The software offers you a great and interactive UI while also being functional around all corners of system administration. We use it for inventory scans and patch deployments every 2 weeks and have been quite satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get used to the complex software and the deployment of the agent was not flawless over GPO, we had to manually install it sometimes.

It solves the issue of software monotring, deployment and patch aswell as having to keep and eye on the hardware
