Single Pane of Glass for Endpoint Management
What do you like best about the product?
The key feature for us is ManageEngine Endpoint Central provides one central location to manage and oversee our organisation. The tool provides an simplified method to manage patch management from OS to Applications which is something that other vendors don't provide. The vulnerability tool provides a way of accessing were resources need to be focused and the remote management tool gives us the ability to connect quickly and resource issues. In a world were remote working is more lilkely, it is refreshing to have a solution that can oversee assets without being connected to the local network.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there can be some false positives when the agent is first installed, which can be annoyed, but this tends to correct after a period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key problems that the tools solves is patch mangement for Windows Operating Systems and also third party applications
Simplified endpoint management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see my endpoint compliance details for all of my devices. MEEC includes patch mgmt, software deployments and MDM along with several other crucial details about your fleet of devices allowing you to see many aspects of compliance in one pane of glass. It also integrates with their servicedesk to provide automated details about your fleet automatically when a ticket is entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to go back to a previous screen without losing all of your filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to maintain compliace by keeping endpoints updated and secure through the use of MEEC and all of its tools. Out techs love it because they can see just about anything about their local networks and inventory and push desired updates via this software. The ability to jump on a remote session with a user when they enter a ticket helps streamline our ability to help an end user quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up automated patching and delivering software to endpoints is a breeze and highly reliable. Integration with ServiceDesk Plus is also highly beneficial to our firm.

Desktop Central makes things easy to setup, monitor deploying and trace assets, secure our network.
What do you like best about the product?
Managing user assets and ensuring that all our machine patches are updated. it makes it easier to do everything in bulk with no need of having to have the user's machine
They offer the best customer support at all times and quick help to resolve the issue.
The site is never down depending on the server on our end being down.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to monitor the logon and logoff of user's machine but that does not decrease the great impact it adds into our daily tasks

being able to access command prompt and powershell for scripting remotely without having to be active within the user's computer. Easy to use even for the most basic user. I use this every day in order to

The app randomly shows computers as offline. Would like to be able to schedule scripts etc to use on start up. Like even when offline, be able to write scripts in cmd and powershell which will run upon the next start up.

Interface is very good. User Friendly. Customer support is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing Environment of Patching needs improvement to avoid issue like slow booting (takes lots of time to restart / boot) AND OS corruption issue after Patching.

We gets support from your team at numorous occasions . Most of tehm are problem solving.
Complete and efficient application for fleet management
What do you like best about the product?
The application is complete, the support is responsive, and it covers many standard needs. Moreover, its integration is really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated to handle at first, software deployment is less pleasant than with PDQ for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to have a unified console for managing our Windows client and Linux/Windows server fleet.
Manage Engine
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint allows me to deploy across Windows machines seamlessly and effortlessly. I find myself using it frequently to be able to assess the machines state of health and well being. The easy layout of the UI allows me to navigate it seamlessly and easily without scratching my head looking for something.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a redundant with pop up messages and cautions but I understand that, as we do not want to break anything.

Easy access to see all machines and how they are behaving/acting with their configurations.
