An all-purpose tool for managing endpoints

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a wonderful experience using Desktop Central for the past two years. The best specifics about Endpoint Central are shown below.

a. Because you have access to 50K+ applications, deploying the application is relatively simple.

b.Patch deployment is precise and easy at both the OS and application levels.

c.Announcing any zero-day vulnerabilities that have been made public.

d.Building Custom Groups with Regard to Users and Computers

Scheduling reports to be delivered immediately to the email and creating customized reports with information on particular software usage across all endpoints, etc.

b. Putting policies into effect is really easy and uncomplicated.

h. Real-time display of any configuration's (deployment's) results after activation
What do you dislike about the product?
I won't notice any particular thing about disliking when the Endpoint Management tool grows. However, I have encountered a few problems.

a. For me, deploying configuration on used-based was constantly failing.

b. It is difficult to find out the encryption status of the device. Force encryption is implemented when it is deployed, however the outcome is not shown in the settings.

For query reports, Postgre SQL expertise is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control the engine endpoint All the tools required for managing endpoints are being assembled by Central in a sizable infrastructure.In particular, it aids in the blow areas.

a. Development and deployment of applications

b. Applying OS and application patches

e. Fixing security flaws

f. Implementing a device ban

Smooth communication when using remote desktop tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to push out software and patches to the endpoints and server instead of doing this manually. The remote access function is another benefit along with keeping tabs software nd hardware inventory. It was very easy to implelent and maintainence os very simple We use the product everyday and customer support is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really encountered anything negative using ManageEgine Endpoint Central.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching updates on servers and end points. Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software. Remote trouble shooting of endpoints.

It's fine until it you encounter issues

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of pushing patches. Easy administration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Client agents fail to connect to the server failing the auto upgrade process. Some endpoint endpoints are wrongly flagged as having the latest agent version. CS sweeps the agent count under the rug by simply saying "all agents look updated to me". Not all CS are inclined to help you solve problems. A server that doesn't connect to your clients is a fundamentally broken product. But it used to work fairly well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaces the old endpoint management well

ManageEngine Endpoint Central Helps

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to manage most of my PC and mobile management from one platform. This includes patching, OS updates, app pushes and location awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to set up OS deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage devices in local and remote locations on one platform.

Excellent Product for managing endpoints

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed how easily we can manage our entire network, from patching to seeing what software we have installed on systems, how many installations, the health of our systems, which systems have critical vulnerabilites, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really have any complaints for the software at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily push patches to systems from one place, we have a dashboard that shows critical systems, etc

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the easy integration with Azure AD and ServiceDesk Plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems it is hard to find support solutions on their support web site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a 100% remote work company. ManageEngine Endpoint Central makes it easier to manage remote devices.

Endpoint Central Saves us a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central is easy to use and feature packed, and free training is provided to customers. It is very easy to implement as the software itself guides you through the whole process. If you run into issues, the customer support is very resoponsive and helpful. We use Endpoint Central almost daily for asset management. There is som much that it can do, we are only scratching the surface after one year of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to find things that I dislike as this product is very good. This only thing from my experience is that software/ configuration deployment doesn't always provide a good detailed error reporting and I don't like that the client logs have to be gathered manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to IT Asset information. Hardware/ Software /warranty, etc.
Deply software and drivers do workstations.
Upgrading Legacy Windows Clients.

Endpoint Central Review SSC

What do you like best about the product?
The automated patch management allows us to spend more time on other tasks and allow Endpoint Central to take care of our patch deployment.
The MDM feature is extremely powerful and updates from a profile are instantaneous unlike other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have in the past had issues once a Hot-fix has been applied and had to roll back, this has only happened on a couple of occasions though.
It is a shame that control zones can't be applied to Laptops in MDM as this would make this product almost perfect for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used Endpoint Central, we would manually apply patches to our server estate. Now we are able to automate these patches for out of hours with the confidence to know that this will succesfully patch all servers.
With regards to MDM, our old product had limited features and once a change was made it would take a long time before anything would apply to the receiving device. With MDM on Endpoint central, there are numerous features and any changes that are made to receiving devices happen instantly and are consistantly succesfull.

Great System, but takes time to setup and understand

What do you like best about the product?
We use this as parto fo an overall package of Service Desk Plus, OpManager and Endpoint Manager. The integtration is easy and makes working between the systems seamless. The customer support has been great and they are happy to answer any questions I have. We use this every day to manage Desktops and mobile devices. It has also allowed us to implement BYOD at the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Package management and software install is not the greatest and takes time/is clunky to use.

A single solutions to management Mobile devices and desktops.
