Great for remote control on SDP
What do you like best about the product?
We use Endpoint Central to have remote control access to our computers. It works as an add-in to Service Desk Plus. It was easy to setup and integrate with SDP.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the functionality was built-in to SDP. I have to manage 2 seperate products to use Remote control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving us remote control access to all our PCs.

Endpoint Central: A great help
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of automating patching and software installation tasks. Anything you want to do (or almost anything) you can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the tests I have done, we have not encountered any particular problems. Maybe just a little bit complicated to figure out where to go to do all the operations. But it's just a matter of learning

Nothing as i am fully satisfied with the product

Patching of OS and third-party applications as we do not have any AD So to do all these we are using the Endpoint Central, Remote support as we do not have any licensed remote software with us, Password Policy for password management,Integration with APple business manager to protect our apple devices

What I love most is the ability to centrally manage all of my customers endpoints (computers, phones) from a central console with automated patch deployments and policies

Remote control feature only seem to work on Safari on Mac admin computers
