What do you like best about the product?
It really is 'central' - it can be used as a hub for many different tools like Bitlocker, OS deployment, pushing out commands and updates to groups of machines, remote access. Image deployment is a winning feature, Endpoint Central allows for plenty of customisation and is one of the faster tools I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel clunky at times but this is minor/to be expected at times. Primarily with reaching clients on machines, Endpoint Central can lag behind on the live info.

Being able to manage all machines on one key platform in a large company is the key solution that Endpoint Central offers us. Patch management and having live client data is huge for ensuring all machines are in line with IT policies, and having so many features plugged into Endpoint Central really helps.

The most issue is the disk space it uses on clients for installing patches. It's better to free space after patch installations.
