EndPoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy the most about the EndPoint Central platform is the ability to setup and deploy pieces of software to not only devices on our network but devices connected to the internet wherever they may be. Additionally Patch Management is simple enough to setup and get Windows updates deployed to all our devices more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest dislike that we have at this time is a recent change in which you must now accept and device when it is being added within EndPoint Central in which was not originally something we had to do. Additionally we were not made aware that this was taking place until we opened a service request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central allows us to connect to all our machines across the united states whether their connected directly to our network or not. Also with this we are able to provide software package updates as well ensure Windows updates are being applied.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, support is quick to help, reults are easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
Can keep applying a patch that is not valid for a version of an OS.

Single point PM instead of scripts or logging on to individual machines.

The possibility of having visibility and management of my entire computing environment in a single tool.

The interface is still a little complex, but it has evolved a lot.

Our problems with applying security patches, remote access and English inventory were solved with the central endpoint.
Simple yet complicated
What do you like best about the product?
Pushing software to Windows and Ubuntu machines is very simple to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is bulky to install. its reliance on MS SQL is becoming a problem as that is also something that is to be budgted for new users..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management and Software Deployments are the main the areas where ME is helping us out.
Good Enpoint option for IT needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can manage your endpoints with everything you need. Patching is easy, love the way they make packaging software and pushing it so user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything that I could say that I don't like about this solution. I like how you can contact an engineer at any time during the hours to get assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
patching was the main issue that we had to work through. The second one was pushing applications to computers, which I like that It does all the work wether it be exe or wmi.
Complete solution for Endpoint Management
What do you like best about the product?
It has lots of features, is stable, support is always willing to help and answers quickly, price is competitive. Patching is easy, the remote control works well, security dashboard is handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find a needed feature due to the many functions it can manage. Sometimes, it is not easy to operate the various menus. Some features might be easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching devices is way easier than manually doing it to hundreds of computers. Inventory is easy to consult. A remote connection to assist users is great. We have more free time to work on projects instead caring of our endpoint manually.

Endpoint central provides that single portal for all desktop support needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn, and multiple steps to create packages, etc....but once you do it, its perfect.

Gathering an inventory for each computer .....that is a feat in itself! love this product

Easy Patching, software deployment. There are other useful tools such as remote access etc. which makes it easy to manage deployed laptops.

A little complex user interface. Could be simplified.

Patch mgmt., inventory mgmt., End point mgmt.
Very easy and friendly to use, it is the best help desk environment I have ever used.

I like the layout and the colours and once you know how to use it is very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too long to push out the configuration, I would like to have more control especially if I need to push an update to client immideately.

Patch Management on every Tuesday we wait for the latest patches, monitoring of users accounts, remote desktop connection is easy, taking control of our environment is so important and ManageEngine Endpoint Central helps us to achieve this.
