So far, so good
What do you like best about the product?
We are only 2 months into usage, but have found that most of what we would expect from a product such as this is fullfilled. Alerts for specific conditions are good enough to prompt further investigation. Inventory goes fairly broad and deep with comments allowed for many items.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would prefer the admin interface to be much more customizeable. Being able to reorganize menus and submenus/items or have favorite menus would be very helpful. Currently, only the main menu order can be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had no idea what was going on with endpoint usage. In general, upgrades and problem prevention were inadequate and usually non-existent. We can now take a more proactive and more efficient approach to maintaining endpoints.
Amazing Product that checks all the boxes!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Single pane of glass that can replace a lot of one-off tools. Drastically increases efficiency and productivity. Excellent ROI just in labor, not to mention the cost savings of eliminating multiple other tools that Endpoint Central replaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software deployment feels a little clunky compared to PDQ. Feels like you have to click several times to deploy a software package to a single device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central is replacing multiple tools that we are currently using in our environment. Not only is this a cost-saving, but it has drastically increased the efficiency of our techs. The ability to have everything in a single pane of glass instead of having to open and manage from multiple tools allows our techs to respond and resolve issues in a much more expedient matter, providing faster and more efficient service.
Its very amazing and so much enjoy
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides is the 90 minutes refresh time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefit me as an IT administrator for supervising the machines
Great product at a low cost
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I like best about Manage Engine is the configuration platform. This helps significantly when managing devices that are not domain-joined, which is a significant aspect of our enviroment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful piece of Manage Engine is that some of the feature on the cloud product are in beta and have a few bugs which have not been fully resolved as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem which will be solved is management of company PCs and BYOD devices that are not domain-joined without the use of a VPN or publicly exposed solution.
Boost your IT operations
What do you like best about the product?
In this era of ever-growing technological advancements and the use of hundreds of apps to cater to business needs, ManageEngine Endpoint Central plays a crucial role in maintaining endpoints and patching them timely to ensure they are safe and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had difficulties removing bloatware installed on Windows endpoints by default. It can be done manually, but if this feature is incorporated in Endpoint Central to uninstall an app on the Org level, it will be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage engine is an excellent product for day-to-day IT operations, keeping the systems patched meanwhile applying org-level constraints indeed increases the productivity and overhead to manage a device.
In Trial Version
What do you like best about the product?
Great patching tool, so far, straightforward to use. Great for off-domain devices
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has been good, but we are still figuring out reporting, at the moment, that seems to be the only area of concern for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem for us was patching off-domain devices. The library of patch vendors is very extensive, and we are now fixing more things than previously. (automated)
Very helpful and good experience
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the functions and features we are looking for, great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the new users, it's not easy to get hands one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support and deploy the softwares.
Great for Remote Management and Patch Management
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to remotely manage our machines, including the ability to use tools such as cmd and regedit remotely on Windows machines. The Auotmation of patch management tasks is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i'd note is the remote access, sometimes the session doesnt connect and fails. Also on mac the user needs to be an admin to allow the app permissions, this is common among other apps such as teamviewer but would be good if it could be automated somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management is the main use for EC in our org, the inclusion of RMM also helps us as we don't have to pay for this elsewhere.
Relatively good experience
What do you like best about the product?
It has got an intuitive interface that makes it simple to manage endpoints from a single console. The product's ability to automate routine tasks such as patch management has been particularly well-received, as it saves time and reduce the risk of vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complex to configure and set up, requiring a significant amount of time and effort, with a steep learning curve that may require additional training. Also find occasional technical issues with the software, such as slow performance or bugs that require troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a comprehensive endpoint management solution that offers several benefits to organizations. The software can increase efficiency and help IT teams focus on higher-value activities by automating routine tasks and providing a single console for managing endpoints. The software's endpoint security features, such as antivirus, anti-malware, and firewall protection, can help organizations prevent cyberattacks and data breaches, protecting their sensitive data and reputation. The product's reporting and dashboard features can help organizations meet regulatory requirements and avoid costly fines and penalties. By addressing these and other endpoint-related challenges, ManageEngine Endpoint Central can provide organizations with streamlined operations, enhanced security posture, and compliance management.
