What do you like best about the product?
Simple to install with silent options available. Seeing the health of your environment from the dashboard gives you a good idea of what needs to solved. Great options for patching and software deployment. It even has the ability to do MDM if you're not already in another system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to complain about here. The only thing I'd like to see, and I think it's coming next year, is a way to tie in directly with Azure AD. This would help make things a bit easier to organize if we could base things off security or user groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and software deployment are two of the biggest areas that we're benefitting. Creating patch policies for different groups, different geographic locations, servers, etc. Plus there's software and patch options for macOS! We have the control we need to keep our environment safe and secure.

Good product that is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to get Manage Engine to connect to our active directory on-premise it was super easy to get the agent to our computers in our network. This software did what we were looking for better than the other products we tried
What do you dislike about the product?
When patches or software deployment fails there aren't always details on why just that it failed.
Upon some tasks they will show failure or pending action, however, they do not then update that status in the queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we wanted something that can handle our computers and keep them updated. We also wanted something that can remote in to assist our end users also. sending software to the computers is also something that we wanted to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Setup and configuration - Easy to configure - PC control tools easy to use - Scripts Custom "Add your own" - Patch management "works great for the remote workforce" - End user sessions are easy to understand "Simple pop up window to connect to remote desktop"
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a tech license for every user, meaning if you have a helpdesk of many you need to license every user. Some of the scripts seem to be outdated or could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support the remote workforce of today. Most companies now hire only remote workers or a hybrid worker, Manage Engine provides the tools you need to support and manage the end users PC.

What do you like best about the product?
ME UEM has an easy-to-use platform that has enhanced the visibility of the patch management and compliance monitoring for my in-house systems and managed clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could invite specific users on a given mobile device without having to remove and add them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have the option to set and forget security and UEM allows us to see where we stand and be able to fix shortcomings quickly in all our devices.

The new ME Endpoint Central is garbage

What do you like best about the product?
Before the upgrade to ME EndPoint Central product was decent
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since we upgraded from ME Desktop Central to ME End Point Center we have had nothing but problems. About 15 plus workstation did not update the agent properly and we had to manual uninstall and reinstall the agent. When you restart a client PC it does not reconnect to your remote session any more. The agent is no logger reporting correct real time info. Does not show who is currently logged into the PC any more and other info is not updating in a timely fashion. Did not have any of these issue with the previous ME Desktop Central. Please fix these issues.

What do you like best about the product?
patch management is very easy for your network. Especially when you need to update OS and applications.

Patches are not implemented sometime. you need to take manual actions.

Great Product for controlling Business Phones

What do you like best about the product?
This is a helpfull tool for controlling and checking status of our company phones. You can easily also control phones from other side of the planet if needed. With these functions and how we are using this software it's a great tool for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only problems come when phones sometimes doesn't connect to internet while they are on kiosk mode. Then you need an actual person to go to phones and check what's happening. Sometimes the issue is that phones have been dropped out from wifi for example and mdm doesn't seem to try connect automatically to the wifi. This is the only minor downside where you need to have actual technical person in our company who needs to get access to the phones. But if you give users access to do that then it's not a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Desktop Central is solving problems to have multiple company phones with correct softwares on those also distributing stuff to the phones is kinda easy via ManageEngine Desktop Central.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent and easy to understand modules from Inventory management, patch management, software management, mobile device management to Remote control. It is one of the market leaders compared to Sccm or intune
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of dependency with the agent installation and upgradation part. Sometimes with the agent upgradation required, few systems dont auto upgrade and become unreachable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory management, patch management, mobile device management, software license management and most importantly remote control of endpoints. Vendor support is excellent amd reachable over chat support within few minutes.
