I think Storyblok is user friendly and a modern CMS that can be adjusted in a simple way.
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is user friendly and user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing the function of being able to clon in fields that can be done in Advanced Custom Fields in WordPress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That it is visible to see what is edited is a Game Changer for our customers.
Great preview functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The preview functionality in the UI is very helpful when layouting a page and testing to see what all different components does. The preview image for components for images is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some basic stuff iImiss when creating and reusing fields. For instance there is no way at the moment to set a minimum amout of requierd fields, only a maximum. I would also really like a way to reuse componet-groups without having to use the block-field. When pointing out different bugs and suggestions for improvments the response on the offical forums is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When using a Gatsby as a frontend that is a generated static site the preview is very useful as the updates doesn't go live right away.
Very clear presentation
What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibility and the new collaborating assets to use as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Storyblok with Shopify and to do so we had to create our own Shopify/Storyblok connector. I think there is one in current developpement but meanwhile we're stuck with no solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Shopify/Storyblok connector, more flexibility and content for WYSIWYG editor for items like blogs
At the moment for my as a Dev Storyblok is a CMS as a service I like to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok is a pleasant experience for my clients. It creates a clear separation of concerns and since it is a paid service, clients do not have to deal with backups, updates, etc. which often is more expensive in the long run and creates all sorts of problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the data modeling could be more streamlined and more advanced input validation would be helpful for the content creators. Also there is usually the need of global fields for e.g menu items and configuration, so some dedicated options for such would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok creates a streamlined experience for the client. Since it is a service I do not have to deal with the whole CMS hosting part as a dev. So no updates, backups and general server administration. This is beneficial for the client and I had good experiences, especially with smaller clients who normally are tempted to use solutions like WordPress which often creates a lot of headaches.
CMS with great documentation, and a very intuitive and easy-to-understand design system.
What do you like best about the product?
Great price, compared to competitors in the market. Excellent documentation and very fast team support! Integration examples on GIT for all current market languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the access scheme for profile types needs to be improved. Options for deleting fields by filter of selects need to be improved, for example, exception of folders or content-types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an old tool that we used, which was Oracle Web Center Sites, a very slow tool and we had no support at all, even when opening tickets. Storyblok has full support, and with version V2 it became very fast with the option of Chat within the dashboard, we get support in minutes!
I recommend Storyblok to other areas of the company, we can see in practice how much it has sped up the teams.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Storyblok is intuitive and quick in registration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the search could have more filters, like searching for people and having a favorites marking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The satisfaction of the two teams we have today (Development and Content). The old Oracle platform was rigid and we didn't have the necessary support for improvements and feedback, which ended up demotivating the teams and increasing turnover.
The CMS that everyone should use
What do you like best about the product?
Preview mode is an incredible advantage! Everything works! The concept of "Atomic Design" blocks is sensational.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve the permissions section and provide more details on the roles. For example: Create permission to delete only the items I created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use, no bureaucracy, no limitations for testing, free account forever for building POCs.
Using Storyblok as a Developer
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and highly customizable, the plugin and app features make room to expand content fields as we need, making custom fields helped with authorial icons and assets library.
Amazing tech support, fast responses and fast solutions.
Amazing tech support, fast responses and fast solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need a way to find unpublished items that cause problems when using fields with relations, like when using Stories type in the single-option field.
Sometimes the search bar is too accurate, if I don't remember exactly the slug of a story, I can't find it by containing words, for example: searching for "pages test" won't find the page "pages/developers/test/"

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing assets, stories and multiple websites of our company. Editors can work without the need of the developer team. Our deploy time is almost 90% faster using Storyblok + NextJS
Amazing experience with a headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Copying and pasting single components from one page to another - works very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are exciting features which are not available by default. It's unclear which features can be used from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok helps me to have a secure platform, independent of software updates, etc. with no disadvantages. Although it's headless (the data are sent via .json files per API), it feels like a "normal CMS" with a lot of features for the marketers. So we can use a state-of-the-art technology, have unlimited possibilities to use the created content on several challenges and have a Marketing team which like to work in that CMS.
Power in simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UX; visual preview; block sear
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires dev; cannot integrate without coding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evolving fast to desired online experience across channels
