Frontend Developer
What do you like best about the product?
The developer support and documentation are phenomenal. Storyblok offers the ability to hit the ground running with support for all your favorite frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a little polish in comparison to sho gun. Also, it would be nice to improve the way you parse the component tree in the UI, and it can be challenging to move up and down the tree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Marketing team was moving faster than the development team could keep up. Storyblok was the solution by allowing us to build a component drive solution so that the marketing team could build as fast as they wanted.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of using it, it's straightforward to use. I like how you can customize the blocks however you choose and that you also don't need to crop the photos yourself; it's automatically cropped by the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a marketeer who only uses the product, and I don't code the components, but from my perspective, there is nothing that needs improvement. I understand that there is a lot of flexibility with creating components which is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok enables us to allow content editors in our marketing team to quickly and easily make changes to our websites. If we didn't use Storyblok or a similar product, we would need engineers to make even simple changes, which of course, saves us time and resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Storyblok; it's an excellent product for those who are looking for a fast and user-friendly web management solution.
Great modern CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Developer friendly, ease of use, community. The support it has to different languages/frameworks and how deep this support goes helping you to fine tune the details. The easy of use when creating components, the preview image that can be added to each component which makes a it easy for a publisher to select it from the pages. The JSON format used to consume their APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic functions are still lacking, despite being sitting in their github issues for a long time. These pain points should have probably be addressed before the launching of v2 UI. You can't invalidate the image cache properly, including the ones already added to pages. Some basic fixes are still needed and the backlog is growing bigger everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as a headless CMS for our Nuxt application. The flexibility for creating fields/components and the support integrating with Nuxt are the main benefits. Web content management is much easier with Storyblok.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it with your framework of choice and look into their github account for tips to integrate.
Flexible and reliable CMS
What do you like best about the product?
I think that one of the best features of Storyblok is the ability to alter content without going through a deployment procedure. Storyblok gives me more control over content, allowing me to take charge rather than software bottlenecking my demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improving the documentation for Storyblok is one of my needs. More detailed examples of use cases would help in using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok's content management system is well-organized. I now have complete control over managing content.

The ease of use of Storyblok for businesses is a plus for the product.
Content Updates in a Flash
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok is our website's back end, where we make changes, upgrades, and updates to our material. Storyblokkeeps track of everything, from photo updates to written material. If you need to undo any changes, for example, you can choose which version to go back to and publish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing the feature to draft content before publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used other online CMS services to modify content, but none of them are as user-friendly as Storyblok,

What do you like best about the product?
The live preview feature of Storyblok is a huge win for any web developer and website content editor. UI is very intuitive and the setup process offers a great experience for the developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I was working with Storyblok a lot and encountered zero problems. Also, their customer support is always ready to help if needed and that's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company develop JAMstack websites and Storyblok is simply the best solution today that we worked with. Live previews, price plans, and the general quality of the CMS are beyond impressive.

If you need a Headless CMS that has page management, live previews, nice UI, and price - consider Storyblok.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to pick up, user can edit with a live preview. Easy to create new components and fields

The documentation is okay but could be better

Ease of use for the client and simple deployments means no crazy infrastructure setups.
Very powerful CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use CMS, with an intuitive UI. A big plus is that you can reuse your well-structured content. Supports multiple integrations with a variety of APIs, including GraphQL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is not equally detailed. For example, the REST API is not as straightforward as GraphQL. I would love to have equal quality of documentation for all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok helps me to manage my CMS needs entirely and don't have to rely on other solutions and services. Prices are also reasonable, including community licenses for developers.

Storyblok has a Community license that is great to get used to the system.

Storyblok is a very flexible and reliable service. The visual preview and image service are outstanding.

The API documentation for complex queries is not very helpful.

Complex data structures are effortless to create and, at the same time, straightforward to make understandable and usable for the client.
