What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok is the most intuitive and seamless webste building system I have used to date. The page creation is fast and simple with clear steps to creating an efficient webpage. I largely use the pages to promote events and the layout and set up is always consistant and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing about Storyblok that I find less then ideal, is the number of steps required to set up certain elements on the pages. The menu navigation can take a bit of getting used to.

Storyblok Review: Balancing User-Friendliness with Cost Considerations
What do you like best about the product?
As a user of Storyblok, an advanced headless Content Management System, I'm impressed by its user-friendliness and flexibility. I find it exceptionally easy to use, which both my clients and I greatly appreciate. With Storyblok, I now manage multiple websites smoothly and efficiently. The editor is a true boon for my editorial team, thanks to its intuitive interface. For me as a developer, Storyblok also offers numerous valuable resources and a well-thought-out logic, greatly facilitating my work on various projects. This combination of ease of use for editors and powerful tools for developers makes Storyblok an important tool in my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Storyblok offers many advantages, there are some downsides to consider. One significant issue is the cost; it's not a cheap solution. This can be a deterrent, especially for smaller businesses or individual users who are budget-conscious. Additionally, the sales approach can be a bit aggressive, with a persistent push towards the larger, more expensive packages. This can be overwhelming and may not align with the needs or budgets of all customers, leading to a feeling of being pressured to upgrade beyond what is necessary for their specific use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok, as a headless Content Management System (CMS), excels in its ability to efficiently manage content across multiple websites from a single backend. This feature truly capitalizes on its headless nature, allowing for seamless content distribution and updates across various platforms. By centralizing content management, Storyblok eliminates the need for duplicating efforts for each website, leading to a more streamlined and efficient workflow. This approach not only saves time but also ensures consistency in content quality and branding across all digital properties. The flexibility to serve different front-ends while managing content in one place makes Storyblok an ideal choice for businesses looking to maintain a cohesive online presence across multiple sites.
As a web developer, I highly recommend you take a look at Storyblok for your next headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok not only simplifies our workflow but also aligns with our values of sustainability and efficiency. After experimenting with several options, I've found it's a clear winner. Its visual editor is, quite simply, top-notch – a cut above anything else I've tried in the headless CMS space.
The real-time visual editing experience is superb. It allows us to see the impact of my changes as we make them, which is incredibly helpful for both design and content development. This feature alone has made our work significantly faster and more intuitive for my clients to use also.
Implementation has also been very straight forward and a lot easier than some other headless options I've used in the past.
What's more, knowing that Storyblok is hosted on renewable energy sources adds an extra layer of satisfaction to the experience. As someone who's passionate about creating low-carbon websites, this aligns perfectly with my ethos.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one area I believe Storyblok could improve, it's their support. While it's not bad by any means, a bit more responsiveness and depth in their support would elevate the overall experience. The discord isn't particularly active and as a newbie finding answers to things was a bit of a challenge at first — not helped by some documention that was out of date, although this is apparently being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Storyblok in our low-carbon design and development agency, Tempest, where we're dedicated to creating best-practice products using the most appropriate tools and technologies for every situation.
Storyblok significantly streamlines content management and enhances the developer experience, which is highly important for us. Its intuitive visual editor speeds up project delivery and simplifies client handovers. Its scalability ensures it can grow with our clients' business needs.
We confidently recommend Storyblok to anyone seeking the optimal balance of content editing and developer experience in a CMS – it's probably the best you'll find out there.

Very powerful, but a few limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Storyblok's strong capabilities in handling large-scale, multilingual projects, which is a significant advantage for content-heavy websites. We use it in all of our projects. Its features, such as the preview and drag-and-drop functionality, are impressive, providing a powerful toolkit for content editors. Storyblok is also commendable for its scalability, efficiently managing thousands of pages. Additionally, the customer support is noteworthy for being fast and friendly, enhancing the overall user experience with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its strengths, Storyblok has areas that need improvement. The interface, while intuitive, can be overly complex, leading to confusion, especially for those who may not be as technically inclined. This complexity in Storyblok suggests a need for more streamlined navigation or better guidance. Furthermore, Storyblok's security features, particularly in roles and permissions management, are basic and could benefit from further development. The documentation is solid, but often out of date or hard to search. Also the speed at which Storyblok resolves feature requests and bugs, can sometimes be slower than desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling large complex and multilanguage websits and scale.
Storyblok is one of the best CMS's I've used for creating rich content
What do you like best about the product?
Our clients love the live editor, that's been a game changer for us. Also really love how easy it is to add new blocks to content types, and new fields to blocks, I like how you can access that functionaliy directily from story you are currently working on, this saves our developers a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little slow to load, lack of utilities and helpers for React/Next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick for our devs to get started on a new project, not having to worry about migrating data or running php/docker locally saves us so much time. Easy to use interface and content/block structure means or devs get familiar with how things work in Storyblok much faster than other CMS's.
