IPM Suite is actually one of the best tools I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
The feautures of IPM are amazing the detailed tabs and how the header is available while you are searching for thing gives you a detailed insight about various things.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be a bit better.It lags a lot and when open for a long time it always has errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of working with multifarious contracts
The best tool for Publishing Industry
What do you like best about the product?
1. I use the application everyday and can easily find information by using various filters available like ISBN, deal party, currency, title name.
2. The user interface is very user friendly, with each version upgrade there is a new feature which improves our way of working
3. Transactions can be exported to excel making it easier to analyze for external audit.
4. The customer support team is very reponsive.
5. IPM suite easily gets integrated with other applications and thus gives real time data.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. IPM suite is not available for offline use.
2. Sometimes IPM suite is slow and gives some server errors due to which we can't access information for work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IPM suite is the best tool for people working in Publishing industry.It's the centralised database for us. Benefits from IPM suite ranges from creating deals, attaching contracts and allocating income.

IPM is a comfortable tool for easy royalty calculations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to understand and implement the system is. I use it a lot in my line of work and am greatly impressed by the number of features it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
The random glitches are time consuming and annoying to handle at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how the roaylty trasfers and the path of royalty payments to our authors has been smoothened by IPM and how it keeps imporving itself.
IPM is an advance tool which calculates royalties automatically.
What do you like best about the product?
IPM is a super advance system for Royalty payments to the Author. We can replicate agreements into deal and add royalty rates to those deals. It can generate and showcase the expected payments to be made to the authors in the form of accruals. We can capture rights to the deals created in IPM

After we connect to VPN it becomes very slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving our time which we were investing in manual transaction as that is now being handled by IPM automatically.
Works pretty well for managing intellectual assets

IPM Suite helps in viewing all the information about various intellectual properties owned by our organisation with ease. I use it almost daily and it is a one stop destination for viewing all information about the rights owned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about IPM Suite is that it sometimes hangs and does not work smoothly. However, it only happens rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IPM Suite Publishing Edition is one place where all details about various intangible assets (rights of publishing in our case), can be accessed. It benefits me by providing that information in an organised manner. It is easy to use and makes work efficient.

I like that it makes managing royalties simple and clear. It helps track payments, rights, and reports without any hassle.

IPM sometimes get slow because of irregular glitches.

It helps track and manage royalties accurately, making sure payments and rights are handled smoothly. This saves time and avoids errors.
Too many features available

The deals management section. Pretty customizable application

Not best at capturing history. Workflow not captured completely

IPM is the best tool for Royalty Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
IPM suite publishing edition is the best software for Royalties Accounting. It helps automate our royalty payouts. The UI is very intuitive and the support team at FADEL is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can sometimes be slow and lag responsiveness due to heavy loads of data. Deals in IPM can experience bugs and enhancements can have impact on the Deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The IPM Suite helps my company Pearson Education automate the process of Royalty calculations and payouts. The software is useful in ways like we can create Deals in IPM that mirror contract terms and we can input Royalty Rates.

although it allows integration but there are several tools with which it doesn't integrate or collaborate.

A royalty management tool with immense detail but far from perfection
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we are able to put in such detailed information about the rights and related royalties into the system with such ease

I do not like the UI of software and face a lot of issues and errors in my day-to-day working. A lot of features are lacking

IPM is making it easier for us to convey a whole royalty contract in the form of a deal. This helps us turn words into numbers that are so detailed that we do not face any agreement violations
