Data classification is highly effective due to its automatic capabilities. One of the best features of BigID is its strength in data discovery and governance.
What needs improvement?
I want them to focus on data mapping, assessment, automation workflow, and privacy incident management. The privacy tools have not been widely used, and they have not invested much in privacy code privacy tools.

I have used the solution for five years.

I find it really stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
BigID is scalable, so the size of the environment can be adjusted based on my organization's requirements.

BigID has one of the best technical support teams.

A lot of customers have moved to OneTrust since they have not given enough time to BigID.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is not complex; it is pretty straightforward. Once connected, it becomes easier to connect to other data sources.
What was our ROI?
BigID is really good in terms of getting out the ROIs. It is one of the best tools in the market.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing is competitive in the market, however, I need to ask for the right price.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate BigID at eight out of ten. I would advise users to go with a small proof of concept, connect to their on-prem or cloud instances, and then scale over time.

What do you like best about the product?
Really nice platform, easy to use and a great way to protect your data without worrying about leaks or any ''internet dangers''. Their platform's dashboard is very clear and it offers a great overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high to be honest and the platform is a bit slow at times. I've used other similar apps before, but this was the one I was most happy about. I didn't get to chat with their customers support team so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We live in a world were your private information needs to remain private and I think Big ID really helps in doing so. It really does help with reducing the risk of having your personal data compromised.

I like the technology they are using, which enables users to protect their data from unknown hackers, and the key thing is their best data intelligence network.

I dislike the most because it is a newer product it is harder to get issues and bugs fixed quickly-Correlation needed a lot of babying in order to get useful feedback.

If you want to look the BigID file, you can't view it completely. You have to export it in some other platform then only you can view it completely. That's the only thing I disliked about it.

The Maine thing I liked about the BIGID is that the UI, which helps to understand things easy and manage the data and personalizing it accordingly as per the needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Maine thing I disliked about the BigID is that the price is bit expensive as per the service provided and it happens but expensive for the mid range company to handle the costs.

The Main thing BIGID IS solving is all about the data privacy and protection and the we can personalizie the same. And rest of all the UI makes us to understand things easy.
