Fantastic products with customer service to match
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely knowledgable and professional sales representative, made sure the correct people were on calls to answer any and all questions. Extremely impresive initial demonstration showing how easy the system is to use and the vast number of features included.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything negative about my experience so far with Verkada
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a low bandwidth CCTV security solution to ensure the safety of people and our assets which is exactly what Verkada were able to provide.The level of service provided made them an easy choice. The continued support, ten year warranty and exptremely competitive costs made the decision all that much easier.
Working with Verkada is amazing. From sales to support, I couldn't ask for more.
What do you like best about the product?
At first I loved the product and pricing but after working with sales and support, they go above and beyond to address any questions or concerns to make sure we get the best value out of our products. All around, Verkada operates in an exemplary way of how a company should operate to keep customers happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing (why can't all nice things be free). I know it costs money to utilize AI analytics and cloud storage so I understand the need for licensing and pricing is very fair but I can't think of anything else I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verkada helps us track people of interest with facial analytics to prevent/stop theft and with live monitoring after hours, that gives us peace of mind. We really leveraged a lot of what Verkada has to offer becuase our old camera system just didn't offer these features and services that we needed.
The sales representative and installation forks are amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It is remarkably affordable for securing our campus and expandavble
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no video surveillance before this. In this day and age, we need to have it.
Exactly What I Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Tyrell was very knowledgeable and able to assist us in what we needed. I needed fast search for people and vehicles compared to what i have/had, and Verkada was able to supply that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am typically one who does not give 10/10 because there is always room for improvement. But i cannot find anything negative about my experience in dealing with Tyrell and Verkada.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Search time was always a problem in the past. It has now been resolved when looking for a vehicle entereing our community or for people in our clubhouses.
Great experience with Verkada
What do you like best about the product?
Verkada takes the guess work out of the equation and makes their products easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing fees are a bit of a hurdle but this is now a norm in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Board of Directors required us to install an alarm system as we were near completion of construction. We needed a solution with a light footprint that we could get installed fast. Verkada met both of these demands.
Pleased with the funtionality
What do you like best about the product?
We like being able to keep our students and families safe and secure. Using a camera system has been a way to ensure that we are a safe place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had something monumental that we disliked. We were able to work through any times with lack of clarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor the front office and keep our open spaces monitored. This helps our staff and our guests feel more safe and secure.
Great product. Easy to set up
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to set up the system. Had to do some firewall configs but overall nothing out of the ordinary. Once installed the cameras come.on seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of pricy. As I understand if you do not pay for you license renewal your cameras basically just don't work anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based video surveillance.
Verkda install
What do you like best about the product?
I like the matric that works with the cameras and vape sensors. I enjoy how well they work. Also, Antwon was a lot of help setting up all the equipment we used. I would recommend the product to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
THE PRICE. I would say the price makes it hard to get more camera but they work really well. I would also say the access control is expensive also. The install seems to be fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of blind spots on campus and not needing as much support in sure areas. I also like the fact that they work with me to find solutions for alarms and other spaces.
Great Products and Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to view our camera feeds from anywhere. It is so nice to be able to pull up my Verkada app and check the status of our campus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The embedded live feed must be refreshed every so often. I understand why but my end users complain about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verkada cameras give an entire overview of our campus.
Awesome product, service, and warranty
What do you like best about the product?
Camera footage is great, the app is easy to use and download from. The organization settings for all our cameras on the app is nice and makes permissions settings easier. Sound quality on the cameras is good, too. They've been good to replace cameras that had weather damage.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a few cameras that had a mic problem, but Verkada replaced all of them for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verkada's app helps me keep all the cameras on campus under one login, and the software is intuitive so that police and and other users needed very little training, if any, to download their footage and set up grids.
