Isaac Mcewen, gosh he is just so helpful and sweet. I appreciate the way he always has time for me. He is always following up to ensure I get the best service and my business is flourishing! I get so many quality leads because of my main man Isaac.

Accessibility to knowledgeable, friendly and flexible people for subscribing, onboarding and ongoing support. Use of live and recorded video for communicating.

Could have more helpful reporting and on demand learning about using the platform.

The staff at Buzz AI are exceptional, both Isaac and Drew went beyond the call of duty to make sure I understand the platform, and how to best utilize the platform.

No major drawbacks, it requires attention and focus, as any good tool would!

You have to get sales navigator with it and that is an extra cost.

Productive and professional
What do you like best about the product?
The process is well-designed, and the software works well. The team is highly professional and helpful. They are always accessible and provide insight based on their experience and skill. I built the targets in Navigator, and with Buzz's guidance, I created the campaign. The results have been outstanding. The dashboard is easy to review and work with. The investment of money and time are reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is that I may be overwhelmed with clients and need to hire additional people. It changes the ROI formula for my company. This is obviously tongue-in-cheek.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked my network and prospected on my own. Buzz has helped me develop leads outside of my personal network by targeting the correct title, the right size of the client, and the right geography. The process is automated, allowing me to prospect when I'm doing other work. Buzz saves me time and money prospecting.
