What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to connect to my lead while I work in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any reason not to. I mean, it works great in the background and lets me focus more on other stuff.

My LinkedIn outreach. Buzz allows me to seamlessly connect with people.

What do you like best about the product?
Dealing with the Buzz team. They are fast-acting and accommodating in helping our team navigate issues. We've never had a problem they couldn't solve, and it's an absolute pleasure dealing with them daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that comes to mind when thinking of what we dislike. Any piece of technology is bound to have its imperfections and "glitches," so that is the only negative aspect I can think of. Rest assured, any technical issue we've ever had has been resolved promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz acts as a tech provider for our outreach and sales automation services. Buzz helps resolve all questions and issues regarding the platform ensuring our clients see results. We are happy to report the Buzz platform is a winner.

What do you like best about the product?
1.) Buzz is jam-packed with features that boost productivity with left effort and time.
2.) Clearly, it has the potential to match, if not surpass, its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs improvement in some aspects, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy tracking of LinkedIn engagements, providing quality leads that offer us more time to do other tasks, et cetera.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use once everything has been set up. Streamlined and straight forward
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an improvement on the sequence mapping portion, this could be an incredible asset to reach out to leads/prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and energy, Buzz allows me to reach out to a target group of individuals/leads daily without the need for me to spend ages digging through profiles and chasing up messages.

I have yet to find anything wrong with the platform. It works as advertised.

The customer support they have impresses me and they worked tirelessly to answer all of my campaign questions.

The interface is very transparent, and gives great insight into what is and isn't working.

Hmmm... some technical knits..but expected when onboarding.

Buzz for your extended arm in inside sales

What do you like best about the product?
Buzz uses simple algorithms to automate the workflow in campaigns. They also have a dedicated team to talk on your behalf to leads and qualify them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team can be more proactive. There is a restriction on the linkedin integration, mainly because of linkedin itself. However buzz is limited to that platform and emails. They also don't have campaign capabilities - which are advanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have an inside sales team and buzz helps fill that gap. No one has time to cold call anymore and that's when this is handy!

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use, and is free of glitches and bugs. I actually prefer to track my sales engagements in here as the UX is really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I would just love for them to come out wiuth more integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to track linkedin engagements exceptionally well, which HubSpot doesnt enable me to do, proividing extreely valuable insight into my potential client
