We've changed how we do business for the better.
What do you like best about the product?
Cold calling is dead. Buzz has completely changed how my team operates. We no longer spend hours a day chasing leads and leaving a voicemail. My team picks hot leads that are already engaged in conversations and want to do business with us. Buzz is a hot lead machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a small learning curve for our team when we were setting up our first campaign but once we got the hang of it was easy! Glad that we opted for their "done with you" package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more Cold Calling. Better lead management. Fast closing rates. More lead flow. Better top of funnel activity. Better office morale. Simple data and automation all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful - never have been flagged - support staff is amazing - and everything is very user friendly - I have referred 2 other people who have signed up and they love it! My favorite part is that they are only getting started! They are continuing to grow the brand and expand their products and services to the point that they will become the CANVA of LinkedIn automation! They have a few projects in the pipeline that I am super excited for and cannot wait to use them! Specifically the campaign marketplace! I know they were working on a phone call/voicemail and texting project too...but that is the best part hands down is that they are hungry for more opportunities to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would LOVE to see them add a texting feature...if they did this, that would be a game changer! Also, if they had prebuilt campaigns where you could plug and play, that would be amazing! The pricing is a bit high compared to others - however, their customer service and support makes up for it a great deal! There is really not much I dislike about them - if I have a question, I reach out - they always stay in contact with me - and I have never had any issues with the actual software, so I am super happy with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation - they are saving me so much time in connecting with my target audience, endorsing people, and staying connected with old connections and followers. The amount of time I used to spend searching for people, connecting with them, and then following up with them was HOURS but Buzz has easily saved me 20+ hours a month - WELL worth the money! I just cannot wait to use the FULL package with the APPT setter!

The leads they generated were top quality, and the customer service was professional and dependable.

Absolutely nothing! I've been using Buzz for about two months now, and I have to say it's been a gratifying experience.

Buzz is a great sales engagement platform that provides users with quality leads and dependable customer service. This has benefited me by saving me time and money while also providing me with high-quality leads that I can rely on.

Absolutely nothing. Easy to use, support is there whenever I need it.

Cannot get over how powerful this software is!
What do you like best about the product?
Buzz has saved me over a hundred hours per month. From it's powerful automation to it's data enrichment, nothing else on the market even stacks up to Buzz. Neil and the customer success team were excellent to deal with!! I would recommend Buzz to any sales or demand team!!

I was hesitant to make the investment into Buzz, I realised it was more than worth it right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am a smaller boutique business, time and money are everything. Buzz has helped me save loads of time to focus on what matter's with my business.
Saving time and money while driving more revenue
What do you like best about the product?
This is the product my team has been looking for years. When we started our journey we looked at hiring more people as the best way to drive revenue. Buzz help offset our hands-on requirements for day to day prospecting and now allow us to spend more time with clients and closing actual business opportunites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team is so responsive. If anything ever comes up they handle it right away. Very professional team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving money by empowering and enabling our salespeople to close more businesses. They spend more time with existing clients and less time cold calling. We've seen revenue increase, and cost per lead decrease.

We had a team dedicated to our project. They are very responsive to all of our needs. We were able to generate some really valuable leads via LinkedIn and emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team's BD team is a bit small for massive cold outreach. It's kinda difficult for us to keep up with leads that we are getting from Buzz.

Buzz's solution helped us get in touch with some investors and clients.
Great approach in a seamless manner
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is easy to use, understand and adaptable as you go. Very pleasing to see the metrics and movements from campaigns/efforts put in place
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be cautious to not create too many campaigns and become overzealous.

The great approach we key people within verticals or industry cores we are dealing with. Made amazing connections that were much needed.

I do recommend Buzz, if you need the additional lift in reaching a wider audience and the key people with whom you want to exchange.

New product on the market with innovative outreach concepts
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly adaptable and allows you to better spend your time by automating the tediousness of prospecting and focusing on the message.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there are no drawbacks. The product is new, and after two years of development, it seems to be rather stable.

It allows me to reach out to prospective customers while spending less money on marketing channels such as Adwords and other CPC-based platforms. The best tool for generating leads.
