Glad I Gave Buzz a Chance
What do you like best about the product?
Buzz's user dashboard is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
They have a really good database of emails and phone numbers so targeting your target market is very simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that sticks out as negative. I have had a really good experience with the software and the support crew working for them. All the regular updates are nice too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz has helped us reach out to a lot more people than what was previously possible. They have a large database to work with so outreach has grown a lot for the company. This also all happens in the background saving us a lot of hours during the month.

UI can be improved better. Nothing much apart from it.

Outreach is made easier compared to the money spent on the software.

The combo of staff and tech. Their system is built to scale outreach, and their staff make sure you know how to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. Would be ideal if they had an EMEA time zone time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mail and LinkedIn automation outreach in one tool with efficient analysis.

Ask all the questions possible, they have all the answers.

I love that it works for me even on the weekends and holidays so even if the office is closed, we still benefit from solid information!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a young platform so more experienced businesses may wish they had more integration. However, the creative team is always testing and launching new features and abilities!

Buzz is integrating Google Workspace which we use for everything! I love that they are always looking to make the client's work easier and maximize information each time!
Good support from the team but not a lot of options for reports to know what is happening.

Great support and receive a lot of feedback from the team when asking specific questions on how to improve the campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting part is really limited, it doesn't let you see exactly what is happening, and sometimes we wonder how all is going with no proper way to know it.

Getting to more people, Buzz takes over all that is needed to prepare and launch a proper campaign that lets us get more prospects.

At this time, nothing. The buzz team listens to feedback and adjusts accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was on the marketing for both a database and outreach tool. This solved my problem all-in-one.

TRY IT!

It saves time. Prevented me from needing to do outbound cold calling. And the tech kept innovating/improving

Nothing I really disliked. The odd bug here and there, but it would always be resolved asap and the customer support never wavered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their email database and video features help you stand out in a space that may be slightly diluted with other folks doing outreach with similar channels.
Lives up to the hype!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature would have to be the buzz video feature. It is incredibly helpful to be able to send personalized videos at scale to prospects. Also can't help but note the new B2B database which has been extremely useful for sourcing candidates' emails and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have any with Buzz. I did however struggle with many competitor platforms before making the switch, Buzz was a breath of fresh air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up until now, I have been wasting far too much time manually finding prospects. Time that could have been better allocated to growing my company and sales. I would estimate I am saving upwards of 30+ hours a month since making the switch to buzz, this has had a direct correlation with my company's recent growth.
Great product but still in development
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great and powerful solution to be using for your sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still has bugs and is in the development phase - but they are definitely on the right track. They seem to have a great team in place and this could be one of the great software platforms of 2022/2023 if they continue to build out their education processes and help to bridge some of the complex issues of automation with this platform such as webhooks, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to do lead generation as much - this has been incredibly helpful in many ways.
