Incredible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Buzz to be an incredibly easy-to-use tool with impressive capabilities. After researching other similar products for 30 days, I am glad I chose Buzz. Their team has provided me with exceptional service and support, particularly Noah who has assisted me throughout the entire process. Great tool

As a new customer and after running my first campaign, I cant think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz is helping me expand my reach and start to generate conversations and leads for my business and for my clients.

After having used Zoominfo and Amplemarket we've found Buzz to be a better solution for us.
What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about Buzz is the Sequence Builder. It allows us to control many details of our process and build it the way we want, very easily. We have also had a great experience with our Customer Success Manager, Isaac. Buzz has been very responsive to any issues we have had. They have added a lot of new, helpful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most limits are due to external factors such as Email and LinkedIn. I'd like to see the reporting capability enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our outbound sales sequences. It is reasonably priced, flexible, and easy to use.

Buzz has an easy-to-use interface with multiple options. The task can be done in various ways depending on your preference, so there is always a way to get your stuff done.
Isaac's support in getting up to speed was terrific. Having someone look over your shoulder to get the most out of the application in the minimum amount of time is helpful!

When used right, your inbox will fill up with quality leads, so there is more work down the road :)

Buzz helps me organize various campaigns. I can easily target different customer segments based on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and build campaigns around them in Buzz. The structure in Buzz allows me to keep it all organized.

While the platform has many strengths, there were a few instances where I faced challenges in generating leads. However, the support team, especially Isaac, was always there to guide and assist, making the overall experience positive.

Before using Buzz, we struggled with organizing and tracking potential leads, often missing out on valuable opportunities. With Buzz's intuitive tools, we've been able to efficiently categorize and follow up with potential clients, leading to improved conversion rates. Additionally, the analytics provided by Buzz gave us insights into our performance, helping us refine our strategies. Even though we faced some challenges, the benefits we derived from the platform, coupled with the unparalleled support from Isaac and the team, made our journey with Buzz worthwhile.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Buzz is it convenience it's really quick to generate and launch multiple multichannel campaigns and manage them. All at one place the automation and suggest and provides distancing and has saved my valuable time like Leads automation. It also automatically records the data of the campaigns which we can use to improve our future. Thank you I personally loved it Nifty feature which I used to add pop-up videos to my LinkedIn messages in order to get more engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The few drawbacks I feel it has added that its integration with LinkedIn and hubspot isn't very seamless and is rigged with issues add as it lacks real-time sync with them. I also think it's quite expensive and compare to other platforms which makes it somewhat inaccessible to smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Buzz is a powerhouse of a cell is engagement platform as it provides me and my team with best in class outreach features. It has enabled me to create, design and launch where is multichannel campaigns, stressfree and quickly. It's been a boon to us as we have increased R Avenue significantly as it has helped us generate more leads and sales channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally absolutely love the new Nifty feature that they have introduced that helps me combine Linkdin emails and messages in sequence. I also like their USer Interface as its bug free and very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While signing up for the software i found it very difficult to navigate at first as it was a bit confusing. The sign up process was also very slow and the confirmation email was also late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i use Buzz to quickly build multi channel campaigns nad to engage more prospects. It helsp a lot during sales calls as well. I find its powerfull B2B conatact database very usefull while finding leads.

2. The automation is phenomenal in Buzz. It provides an awesome automated analysis of the ongoing and finished campaigns which helps in in your future campaigns. It also helps in automating the process of contacting the potential clients.
3. The UI is really great and easy to use. It's learning curve is really low hence, its very light upon a beginner. My didn't find any issue during the onboarding due to its great UI.

1. It's expensive price. This is a huge entry barrier one has to cross which is not possible for many. It then becomes inaccessible for many which leads to them switching to other providers.
2. There are bunch of bugs I have faced which made me question its finishing. Like there are various hiccups in just the loading the dashboard, the integration with HubSpot is another hassle.
3. The organisation and display of campaigns should be improved because it may get sometimes confusing. Also it misses out on recording out the resources used in a project.

Buzz is really a leading sales engagement platform which is perfectly suited for revenue and sales teams, our team has outperformed their previous goals by a mile , it has been a great ROI. It has a wide array of features which help out the busy teams like ours, to work to their full potential and close multiple deals. With the help of an orthodox outreach team paired with Buzz's best in class automation and lead generation channels we have got good outcome in the prospecting activities. Earlier to this we had various issues in outreach and essentially we lacked the data to analyse the mistakes which has been completely revamped by Buzz.
