Buzz goes way beyond the basics for LinkedIn automation
What do you like best about the product?
1. The product is thoughtfully designed and adds value beyond basic automation for LinkedIn. It's easy to start using and produces results quickly.
2. The enablement service got us up an runnng quickly and helped us find new ways to utilize the product (thansk Isaac!!!).
3. They release regular updates that improve little things all the time, which often make a big impact on ease use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The account signup is a bit confusing and required manual help. I think this may be due to challenges with the new LinkedIn API and will get cleared up, but for now it's a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz helps us build outreach automation on LinkedIn and email feels intelligent and improves engagement. It also integrates with Hubspot so we have less manual entry.
Not suitable for businesses offering services.
What do you like best about the product?
I found a few features nifty - the fact that you can combine LinkedIn messages and emails in sequences, and the video intro popup I haven't seen in any other app.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried the Pro plan. Statistics were unclear, messages were marked as read in the LinkedIn messages, and message sending and syncing didn't happen in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to opt out unless 2 months' prior notice on a 3-month subscription. Recommended we try the conversational approach even though we shared our previous negative experiences with this approach. Created and ran 6 campaigns, 2 for each of our accounts and 2500 contacts in each campaign with a 5-message sequence. No campaign ran for the first 10 days. After that, the campaigns ran for about 2 months. Half-time we were asked about our target audience and industry segments by an additional/new campaign manager. One new campaign was launched with new sequence messages. Did not challenge us on the information on our website, did not use the partner’s and client’s pages to filter out the current clients and partners, and did not engage with us on a deeper level to understand if they are able to choose suitable segments for us or not. Their understanding of the European market seems extremely limited i.e. France was selected as a suitable region but we do not speak French. It was not “entirely done for us”, we did not see the A/B testing results, and communication was extremely implicit i.e. we did not get any proactive communication on campaign results even on a monthly basis. Some Pro Plan Support features were never offered nor delivered e.g. Custom Training and Onboarding and Full Strategy Development. We didn’t get any information on what was done, nor did we get any real leads at all! We used the app between April and June 2023.
Buzz Boosts Revenue Teams
What do you like best about the product?
For a busy revenue team like mine, buzz is crucial. It provides a variety of methods for contacting potential clients and automates processes, both of which are quite helpful for producing leads. the management and organisation of prospecting operations are made simpler by the integration of contact databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buzz hasnt given me any major issues, however there are a few little software bugs that need to be resolved. they always respond quickly to my concerns and collaborate closely with me to develop answers. It would be wonderful to have ready-to-use prebuilt campaigns. Its important to note that Buzz is more expensive than some of the available options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz solves marketing related issues and is helping our business grow and scale. The prospecting features help our marketing team to identify high ticket prospects and makes all our campaigns robust and efficient. We strongly recommed Buzz to any business looking for a revenue boost.

There is no downside to buss that I see at this point in time.

Buzz allows for intelligent campaigns focused on my company's areas of interest in healthcare and investments.
Easy to use and good support
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a responsive representative who is knowledgeable and helpful. He works with us to adjust campaigns as needed and seems to understand our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have seen more results but understand it takes time.

Buzz has helped us connect with other businesses owners/hiring managers and executives. This has helped with gaining exposure. My connections have increased significantly.

Buzz created seamless automation for connecting with prospects on LinkedIn. It saved me a lot of time!

I don't see any downsides at this time. Everything is working well.

It's doing all the work of visiting profiles and sending connection requests so I don't have to take time to do it.
Using Buzz to Drive from Pipeline to Client
What do you like best about the product?
So far seems like a good tool to create efficiencies for prospecting outreach and following-up, taking most of the wheelspin out of daily outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to be a few bugs that still need to be worked out, e.g., seamless integration with hubspot, scrapping new prospects from navigator, dynamic sigs and a few others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To date, I've had great success with getting on Linkedin contacts' radar screens. My LI profile searches are way up, contacts are way up.
The Buzz is real!
What do you like best about the product?
Their product speaks for itself, but the customer service makes this a no-brainer for anyone wanting to scale their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only critique of Buzz has since been corrected. When we first started working with them the price point felt a little steep, but their tier-based pricing makes that easier now.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Buzz.ai for my outreach needs for a while and have had nothing but great experiences! What I like best about Buzz is the ease of use. They have a great user interface that makes it easy to get started and quickly send out emails. Plus, Drew and Isaac are always there to support me whenever I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problems to report at this time. All is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buzz is solving the problem of having to manually send out Linkedin actions, requests and messages by automating the process. This is benefiting me by saving me time and allowing me to focus on other important tasks. Overall, I'm very pleased with Buzz.ai and their customer service team. 5 stars!
