Excellent tool for managing CVs, refrences used in Bid/tenders
What do you like best about the product?
CV Partner is a tool that allows a business to manage CVs and reference projects easily. It provides a comprehensive overview of all available expertise and CVs, is user-friendly for everyone, and can be seamlessly integrated with other systems within a company. CV Partner has contributed to a more efficient handling of CVs and references throughout the organization. The tool is transparent, consolidating information in one place. CV Partner's ability to create various CV templates and reference templates, thus catering to different needs, is highly effective. Additionally, CV Partner provides valuable management information to the company, such as an overview of key competencies, education, certifications, etc. Consultants and employees also find it easier and less time-consuming to update their own CVs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I started using CV Partner in 2018, the tool has been enhanced. The search function for references could be improved. Additionally, the reference approval workflow does not allow for sending messages or tagging responsible individuals. If this capability existed, the reference approval process would be more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business uses CV Partner in the work with CVs and references, especially in the context of proposals/public procurement. Before CV Partner, we used various Word templates stored in different folders. Now, the company has better control over CVs and expertise, which is accessible to everyone. CV Partner is efficient and organized, ensuring quality.
Currently, I am using CV Partner in my role as Sales and Customer Manager in a company with fewer than 50 employees. Previously, I used CV Partner in a company with 2000 employees. In that company, I was responsible for implementing CV Partner in the organization. Additionally, as a Proposal Advisor/Proposal Manager, I used CV Partner daily in my work. CV Partner is easy to customize for both small and large organizations. Implementing it in large companies requires resources, capacity, and time, but it will result in gains in the form of more efficient processes related to handling CVs and references, in particular.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best and most powerful tool for handlign consultant cv's at the market. It makes the organizations cv's standardized and increase ease of use both for the consultants and the sales team.
It is also an amazing tool for finding the correct competance within the organizations, just by writing key words or wanted technologies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building our consultant cv's which are cruicial for our business. It makes it easy and quick for the consultant to update and add to their cv, while making it possible for the sales organization to quickly search for competence and send out standardized cv's to potential customers

I like the workflow controls. It has many design options. The docs are intuitive to set up. I like that it is easy to use. It has many useful functions. I like how it integrates with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit difficult to learn at first. Sometimes it is slow to load documents. There are some reporting features missing. Sometimes we make senseless mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to obtain insurance documents. Workflow tracking is very useful. It allows us to quickly create documents. Facilitates the organization of documents. We are using it for proposals.

I like its streamlined ability to use the process. They can customize according to the needs. It provides a unified platform to manage. It is a very good tool for skins. I like all the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be great as new features are enabled. The cost of implementation can be high. Some functions are not so intuitive. The amount of functionality can be overwhelming.

The platform provides a complete set of tools. It provides the tools you need to create the configurations. Help define products. Application that saves time. Very good for billing products.

Nothing really, it is lean, efficient and creates value in our business. CV Partner is customized to fit our needs and supports us in our tender processes.
