High quality service to go with World Class software
What do you like best about the product?
Enterprise Recon offers a complete Data Discovery solution. The software is impeccable, not only in its design but also in its consistency in finding sensitive data across your target environment. Knowing you are using an industry leading tool that has been proven for 15+ years gives a high level of confidence to data security compliance audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s difficult to find fault with Enterprise Recon, especially when so many GRC consultants and security experts are openly recommending (without hesitation) Enterprise Recon for data discovery and compliance management activities. This is a complex area and requires skilled resources to manage it. Ground Labs provide excellent support to help you manage this complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding sensitive data in obscure locations and formats as well as assisting with PCI Compliance audits.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated pane of glass to see data risks across all the different platforms. Ability to track progress on remediating issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still need to convince the business owner they are the biggest part of fixing the issues.

Finding unknown locations of PCI data across the enterprise.

What do you like best about the product?
Enterprise recon provided data discovery of PCI data in the environment with minimal false positives. They were one of the pioneers in this market and still provide competitive functionality in a crowded market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no cheap solution offering in this market, so cost was a concern

What do you like best about the product?
Enterprise Recon offers highly accurate and comprehensive cardholder data discovery across diverse environments, making PCI compliance easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no significant dislikes—it performs its intended function reliably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise Recon helps us identify and remediate sensitive cardholder data across our systems, significantly reducing PCI DSS compliance risk and improving overall data security posture.
Excellent experience with Enterprise Recon
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about ER is the comprehensive data discovery capabilities, which allow for accurate identification of sensitive information across diverse environments. The interface is user friendly, and the platform is intuitive, making it accessible even to non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is gap in visibility, especially when trying to get complete view of all systems within a group.ER prioritizes displaying the latest scan results, ignoring older scan dates. Otherwise, ER is the best data discovery solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise Recon is helping to address key challenges in maintaining PCI compliance across the system. It enables thorough and automated data discovery, allowing us to identify sensitive information and ensure that it's handled according to regulatory standards.
Cracking software
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent centralised management portal. Easy to configure. Helpful staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dark mode. A little expensive, but that said, we probably dont use it to it's fullest capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying card holder data in the network.
Rock solid software.
What do you like best about the product?
The stability of the system and the simplicity of the management console. It works as intended with little maintenance, and their support personnel are top shelf.

There is no dislike that I can point out.

Searching for specific information on our data at rest storage system.
Enterprise Recon is soo easy to use, and understand.

The interface, dashboard and user friendly data discovery features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the main workstation dashboard displayed if a device was online or not.
I’m sure this added feature is with Groundlabs fab development and support team which are outstanding.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to add filters to reduce false positives and the availability of remediating findings directly from the portal. Easy to integrate and deploy scanners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price, it is not a cheap solution and how the licensing model works. Decommissioning can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides visibility of PII and Credit card data that might be found in files and logs in our CDE production environment.
