What do you like best about the product?
It makes a translator's job less redundant and helps save their effort and time by suggesting accurate equivalents in the target language based on previous translations. With the right amount of attention from the translator, it also helps with accuracy and spelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a bit complicated to use and the system could crash every once in a while. I think it could be enhanced by providing a dictionary such as almaany.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having to translate huge texts in a shorter amount of time while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This is something most translators need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it; understand the context and update accordingly. Also, you can add your MT and get better results each time. Something useful is you can connect with your Trados client and make part of your TM. It saves a lot of time and helps a lot in keeping consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the product is a little high compared to other providers like Microsoft Glossary, which also includes a machine translation aid. AWS Translate offers an entire year free of charge with a decent amount o words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed for delivering high-quality translations to end customers sometimes solves hard-to-find terms and reduces the time for researching each complex term.
SDL Machine Translation Edge is the best solution for deploying neural machine translation
What do you like best about the product?
It is literally the best neural machine translator out there considering the ease of use. Its integration with VS code makes using it a piece of cake. It has memories which make it the quickest alternative.
What do you dislike about the product?
SDL is somewhat less reliable as compared to competition but they're learning and the software is getting better with each update. It is also a bit more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It translates documents for you and is very helpful if you're an organisation working for people from various language cultures.

I have tried with 10-12 sample pages and checked the output, It's accuracy is 90% & my work finishes faster than earlier

It helps in inproving translation and you dont have to translate same sentence twice.
My impressions on SDL
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it facilitates security and privacy control.

It's expensive. It requires higher versions of hardware.

It benefits in improving translation efficiency. Moreover you don't have to translate twice the same sentence.
Not that great quality really
What do you like best about the product?
SDL has good quality customer support with a very short TAT across different time zones. The staff is polite and supportive and understands the issue easily due to domain knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
There are better neural network-based machine translation systems. I would recommend lion bridge. The accuracy is not that great and usually, you would require human intervention for a shippable product

It basically helps you expedite your translation process and I was one of the team members working on this tool from SDL side. I was more on provider side than customer

SDL is a fantastic organization- from the top down. I worked with them as a partner and the innovation in the project as well as their incredible implementation team's constant availability made them a joy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here. There were a few quirks in getting the platforms to talk with each other, but we were able to engage SDL engineers to achieve a positive result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our particular use case, my platform maintained regulatory documents for pharma companies. Sometimes these docs would require translation to be reused in submissions to local health authorities. SDL performed the translation for us and integrated right within the host product for a seamless experience.

it's helpful because allows us to spare time in doing translation because it has memories, contexts matches and with memories is easier. it's quicker than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
well, when some words are in Portuguese from Portugal and it doesn't recognize, recognizing all variants from a language for instance, i'd like to see it in the next versions

SDL is always improving database and memories dimensions and with big memories, we have the chance to access more info, language is always in evolution and so is important to access all fields of knowledge
