What do you like best about the product?

I only wish that I had known about this product years - would have cut production time in half and would have freed up people of many of the jobs that I was doing - a game changer.

How could there be anything to dislike after all of the time savings!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Just learning how to navigate the product as this washis a brand new software for our firm.

What do you like best about the product?

Docuclipper is extremely helpful to our business. We are a small accounting firm. We no longer have to manually input information to our accounting software saving us a huge amount of time and has increased productivit.

What do you dislike about the product?

There can sometimes be inaccuracies we have noticed, especially with Allied Irish Bank account statements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bank reconciliation is generated immediately saving a huge amount of time. Reduces human error.

What do you like best about the product?

I find DocuClipper easy to use, and it saves me heaps of time when converting bank and credit card statements to CSV files. I appreciate that it shows my history clearly. The initial setup was also very easy. Plus, I use it to convert files seamlessly for Xero. I'm so satisfied that I rated my likelihood to recommend it a 10 out of 10.

It is expensive for occassional use, but worth it.

The best thing I like about Docuclipper is how easy and accurate it converts bank statements in PDF into CSV & Excel files.

I have not found any downsides to using DocuClipper

It is benefiting me tremendously because clients like to send bank statements in PDF format, which I need to categorize and summarize their transactions for financial statements and/or tax returns.

What do you like best about the product?

Our team appreciates that DocuClipper is fully online, allowing us to access it from anywhere without worrying about whether we are using a PC or a Mac. The platform is fast and automated, making financial document processing much more efficient than manual data entry. We also like that it clearly shows how many pages remain in each subscription period, making usage easy to track and manage. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to correct unreadable or misinterpreted numbers before exporting, which helps ensure smoother, more accurate reconciliations.

What do you dislike about the product?

After upgrading from a clunkier desktop app, there’s honestly nothing I dislike about it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

DocuClipper solves the problem of poor-quality or inconsistent PDF financial documents that typically require extensive manual cleanup before they can be imported into accounting software. Instead of spending time fixing formatting issues, retyping transactions, or trying to make unusable PDFs work properly, our team can upload the documents directly and quickly review the extracted data. This has significantly reduced manual processing time, improved efficiency, and made it much easier to prepare files for reconciliation and bookkeeping workflows.

What do you like best about the product?

Converting PDF bank statements into a CSV file for bookkeeping prep makes my job faster and more accurate.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are random times when Docuclipper doesn’t convert the statements correctly and ends up missing pages. Then I have to figure out what’s missing and manually add it back in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before DocuClipper, we had to manually type bank transactions into our bookkeeping software or into a CSV file for upload. This took a lot of time, and there were often typos. With DocuClipper, I save at least 75% of the time compared with manual entry, because I can download the bank statement information in a CSV format instead.

What do you like best about the product?

The support team is very well versed in the app, also friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

Due to time zones support typically takes a day or so to respond from what i can see but the service is really good

It saves me days in manual processing of bank statements, enabling me to be more efficient and on time with my WIP

I appreciate how DocuClipper does a pretty good job in converting document formats, unlike many other websites. It's efficient, and the format it produces is good. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some banking documents have a pretty compact format outline, which DocuClipper can't really read properly. It struggles to convert these documents into the corresponding format, so some data might be missing after the reading.

DocuClipper converts documents into the needed format for different software and work purposes. It's efficient and does a good job at this.

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing about DocuClipper is how much time it saves me. I’ve had to go through bank and credit card statements manually before, and being able to drop all the statements from a case into DocuClipper and get back a clean Excel sheet with all the information I need has easily saved me hundreds of hours of work.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only issue I’ve run into is that DocuClipper sometimes has trouble reading certain types of statements. Depending on how a statement is formatted, it may miss some subaccounts. It has improved a lot since I first started using it, but every now and then I still see the same problem.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem DocuClipper has solved is time constraints in my workflow. Because I spend so much less time manually going through statements, I have more time to spend on other tasks.

I use DocuClipper to convert bank statements into Excel files to classify transactions and create a trial balance for tax returns. I like that DocuClipper is fairly intuitive, very fast, and accurate. It allows me to quickly convert bank statements into a usable form when my small nonprofit clients have no financial records other than bank statements. I appreciate the way it reconciles each month's statement, ensuring all transactions are captured. The initial setup was very simple and intuitive, and it just works. Overall, DocuClipper seemed to offer exactly what I needed, and I have been pleased with it.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel like I'm probably not using all the capabilities of DocuClipper and I could probably use some coaching on it.
