What do you like best about the product?
Its easy GUI, Streams workflow, task details, reporting, filtering options - all makes it an tool to manage recovery efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard may include more options like the number of SRP's per business unit, the quality state of SRP's etc.

Recovery procedures are now simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. A variety of in-build templates for various Infra set-ups, like AWS, Mainframes, etc.
2. Dashboard showing reports on Quality of the SRP's.
3. A on-the go QA error and hints suggested while the SRP is created in the tool.
