What do you like best about the product?

Certa allows us to set criteria to make decisions or take actions based on created rules. I have integrated a data source to validate compliance, and it's working well. During implementation, we faced issues with the integration part, but we immediately logged a call to customer support and received the expected support.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel it's complex to integrate with our existing systems; it is hard to do and consumes a lot of time. To improve user experience, I need to provide regular training to users on finding workflows or interfaces.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my previous company, we widely used Certa. In my role, we had thousands of suppliers, and our company needed to conduct due diligence on suppliers to prevent fraud and money laundering. Also, to serve immediate requirements, identifying supplier names and performance was challenging if done manually. So, we adopted Certa, which solved all our issues. We set some checks, balances, and workflows and automated the KYC process for suppliers. Using this, suppliers get automatically screened against compliance lists, and our team places purchase orders with them, ensuring timely material delivery.

Certa is an excellent third party management tool with end to end visibility and features customized modules on compliance management. It also helps in integrating ESG Reporting and RIsk management across various industries and ensure the customer satisfaction is prioritized by keeping the regulatory standards that needs to be met. by third parties, ensuring brand reputation and public image for the products.

What do you dislike about the product?

The process and work flow configurations are quite time consuming and can be improvised for a seamless user experience. Also the UI enhancements can be better and must be done in a regular manner from the upcoming release versions for better usability and consider the continuous feedback on the processes that are managed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Certa is really helping a lot in third party and supplier risk management while seamlessly onboarding new vendors and accelerators for procurement and solution implementation activities. It also helps in ensuring compliance standards are met by third party thereby ensuring processes are reliable and standardized as per the requirements.
