A new world full of opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
I love the free educational paths Outsystems has. It gives opportunities for proactive people to enter in a new world of low code development. I also love the community and how people help each other to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expensive license prices for costumers, as it decreases the range availability of clients and its industries. Developers could have way more interesting projects available. In particular, I think Outsystems should be more proactive in creating special licenses for NGO's and CSR projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it currently to create a student platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to start working with and the learning curve is amazing. You can easily start working with it and see the results and the impact you can make with your code. The customer support is also very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a lot of things happening at the same time. I'm not a fan of AI code suggestions

OutSystems is allowing faster development, and that makes it possible to deliver value faster to our customers

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Outsystems is how fast we can build an end user application. Less time, more project lots of clients satisfied it's a great way of companies to grow up!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a need to upgrade the integration with other systems to create more refine apps to reach other businesses. The front should be easier to handle and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, many processes relied heavily on emails and Excel, but these have now been automated.

A Great Low Code solution for Fast app development, with minor flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly fast learning of all the tools, very quick app launch to website experience. Only a handful of additional not native components necessary, like forge add-ons or some Javascript coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow interface in more limited machines. Some obvious accelerators (like expressions outside of dedicated text box) missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turning legacy apps or Excel sheets into modernized webapps with fast and easy to use functions.
Low-code for enterprise grade applications

It's one of the best low-code tools I have ever used, the simplicity and the developer experience mindset are amazing

Licensing, lack of license for smaller companies and solo entrepeneurs

What do you like best about the product?
I am an OutSystems Architect currently, I have worked with it exclusively since 2016. So I use it every day more than 9 years already. OutSystems is really good at what it does, that being building applications that are quick to change and quick to market. It really shines for a developer to make everything so easy to build, be it integrating with other systems or even building beautiful front-ends for our customers to use. It is easy to implement and bring the applications that meet the business needs as fast as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think OutSystems should have a more specialized customer support, right now we only need help with complex scenarios and it always takes a lot of time to get to the right person within OutSystems to helps us with it. The ever changing billing strategy to the customers also makes it hard for us as a provider to give certainty to our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OutSystems allows me and my teams to be a full stack developer, to within the same development tool to build everything a customer might need with almost no limitations
