What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Content Hub is how intuitive and easy it is to use, even when I’m working with more complex workflows and automation. The platform makes it straightforward to manage content, streamline day-to-day processes, and improve collaboration across teams without adding unnecessary friction. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with HubSpot CRM, which helps keep everything connected across marketing, sales, and customer management. Overall, it feels like a reliable platform for building scalable, well-organized business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the flexibility of customization and advanced workflow management for larger teams. While the platform is very user-friendly, some advanced configurations can feel limited without additional setup or integrations. It would also help to have more granular reporting and easier navigation for managing large-scale content operations. Overall, though, the platform remains reliable and highly effective for day-to-day HubSpot operations and learning.

HubSpot Content Hub is helping streamline content management, automation, and CRM-related workflows in one platform. Before using it, managing content and workflows across different tools was more time-consuming and less organized. With HubSpot Content Hub, it’s easier to build structured processes, manage automation, and keep everything connected within HubSpot CRM. This has improved operational efficiency, simplified collaboration, and helped create a more scalable system for managing marketing and business workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to reach everything, super easy to learn layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like almost everyhing, only sometimes it freezes out when I make a lot of back and forts between the documents. All others, so integration, support, AI, works just fine

Content storing and clustering. Easy support when there is a problem about document management with AI

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love HubSpot, and their content hub is brilliant. You can fit everything like website content,landing pages, files like documents, and emails all into a connected system. Add them to a campaign and see how everything performs while working together.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is expensive that is the only con, but I would also argue that it is worth the price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly managing various content across platforms by multiple users and managing customer data.
Effective Live Chat Tool, Minor Lag Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Content Hub for live chats, which allows us to help customers accurately and in a timely manner. I like the live chat feature, as it enables us to provide immediate assistance to our customers. The initial setup was pretty easy, though I wasn't there for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be laggy and hard to set up, causing issues with the customer experience.

I use HubSpot Content Hub for live chats, which allows us to help customers accurately and in a timely manner.

The Content Remix tool is a game-changer. It lets me turn one medical blog into multiple social posts for different platforms instantly, which is essential when managing multiple clients like hospitals and transport services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI-generated drafts sometimes require manual tweaking to capture the specific local nuance and "Hinglish" phrasing that my audience in Punjab and Himachal relates to best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the struggle of content scaling. I can maintain distinct brand voices and high SEO standards for several different industries simultaneously without needing a massive team to handle the volume.

Easy and user-friendly to build content pages! Great video storage to make it easy to host and send traffic to engaging content.

it serves all of my needs easily especially with the AI integrations and brand learning. i dont have any dislikes.

It makes it easier to have everything in one place for event tracking - sign ups, agendas, emails and payments. Having content hub makes HubSpot truly an all-in-one platform for us.

It is a very helpful tool that has helped me learn new skills and expand my skill set. They provide very specific information, which allows the learner to gain a deeper understanding of the topic and makes it easier to master.

The video and written content on this platform feels a bit outdated, and it really needs to be refreshed with more up-to-date material.

It offers a wide variety of free courses that have helped me expand my skill set in an affordable way, and that support played a real part in helping me get a job.
