How ai is so embedded into the hub that it just makes for such a great addition to client needs

When parts were moved from marketing hub it slowed done enablement but now much clearer where it sits

I didn’t have a dislike. I thought it was great.

Being able to use the same content in different formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some templates and modules feel restrictive. For more advanced, highly customized designs, it can be challenging without heavy coding or workarounds.

HubSpot Content Hub helps streamline content creation, organization, and publishing. It keeps everything in one place, making it easier to manage campaigns, track performance, and collaborate with the team, ultimately saving time and improving marketing efficiency.

The most amazing benefit for us it to have everything related to our CRM. That’s a benefit in many ways but mostly it improves how the CLevel make decisions!
Hubspot enhances my ability to keep my companies social media active and organized
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see what is being posted when on accounts all across social media. When you go to select date the feature that shows something else is already being posted then.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be super helpful to have the dot on the calendar when something is scheduled on LinkedIn. There are times I have to schedule something through LinkedIn like a repost, a poll, a carousel, etc and it could be nice to see when those are scheduled on that same calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the new ai feature for social planning will be helpful. Haven’t had a full chance to start using it yet but I think there will be benefits there.
