Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidates everything into one central "hub" making it convenient to access all your tools and easily manage our website.

Our Sales team has had some difficulty taking to the system

What do you like best about the product?
I loved using Hubspot! It was so easy to build and manage our website. They had beautiful templates and we could easily plug in content and publish. It was also easy to make landing pages and view reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I highflying recommend this product and have advocated for it at other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content creation, website management, reporting. It’s so easy to create a great website and track usage.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface & overall layout of the application; easy accessibility, helped with organization when getting websites together for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say in regards with dislikable qualities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped the back-end coder and I to collaborate on designing a site for the company. We were able to get it up and running within a few months with just the two of us!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare and contrast, this worked great for someone like me who's more of a front end designer working with a back end coder.
Amazing Support and Continuous Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love the HubSpot support team. They are truly problem-solvers and can help you with any unique need or troubleshoot any issue. They are also always adding features and relying on user feedback to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting at the Pro level could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for inbound and content marketing including blogging. We see an uptick in our digital leads and close-rate. Brand awareness is also much higher.
Great CRM//Marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
ability to align sales and marketing, make it very clear for everyone to see what each part of the business is working on. Brings sales and marketing together by integrating it in the same platform. Very useful that you can take care of your marketing emails, Paid socials, content creation, strategy, website, and client relationship manager from one single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a fairly pricy product and Hubspot takes a bit longer than I would hope to take on some of the customers feedback. Some requests keep popping up over and over again in community forums, and it takes quite a lot to get them action but I guess that would always be the case as they have to priority development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing team work better together which results in a more successful business. Also from them CRM point of view you are able to see all information regarding one specific contact in it's timeline (from marketing activitiy, to purchases, etc!) which I guess allows you to nurture your relationship with clients much further.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly suggest using the Free Hubspot Academy to learn more about each component of Hubspot (CRM, Marketing etc) as it can feel a bit overwhelming and you will never feel like you know everything about it/you are using it to it's full potential. I would also say that with time you will start understanding more about it and feel more at ease with it.
Great Marketing Software
What do you like best about the product?
Each part of HubSpot is generally very good. Especially the COS website hosting and how that integrates with CRM/ analytics. The have many aspects in the product. Although these can be expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce and HubSpot integration. I frequently have problems. This could be of how Salesforce is set up on our side though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing and scaling marketing effectiveness and lead-gen.
HubSpot Marketing over other competitors!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot makes things easy for you to comprehend and use. Their courses are not only informative but they also push you to try these features out on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really have any dislikes honestly about HubSpot and their marketing tools. Even when I come across issues they have an awesome support team to help you get the help you need via phone or text chat (Text mainly available during certain hours).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrate everything with HubSpot. Doing so makes tracking analytics easy to locate and makes taking care of our marketing efforts a breeze. Being able to use HubSpot for templates really helps in creating effective web/landing pages to capture leads and increase engagement with our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to use hubspot because it is so user friendly! Very clean interface and very easy to use

It is too expensive - there are cheaper competitors

Building an Inbound Marketing Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create lead generation assets like CTAs, forms, and email campaigns with one tool and track their performance through campaigns gives me more control and insight than I've ever had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation and formatting functions are clunky. Also, some content elements take longer than expected to implement on the site. For example, I created a new Topic with subtopics, and when assigning a blog post on the calendar, it took over a day for the new Topic to show in the Topic drop down field on the calendar.

Reporting and tracking of analytics, better content planning and strategy.

Put the effort into understanding the benefits of inbound marketing, and creating a sound strategy before adopting Hubspot.
Helpful Resources and Invaluable CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Academy resources are phenomenal. I'm part of a fledgling marketing team, most of which is entirely new to the marketing world. Hubspot has helped us get off the ground and get our heads around what it takes to be a successful marketing department.
Having a one-stop-shop for all our content is a huge head-ache saver for us. With an understaffed team, this efficiency boost is crucial for our success.

What do you dislike about the product?
We've started using Asana as a task manager rather than Hubspot because it's so much easier to use. We would love to keep everything in one place, but the task manager isn't very easy to use. Perhaps this portion could be developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're training our marketing team through the Academy and used a lot of the help resources. It's helped us centralize our content and given us great tools for formatting and creating content.
