What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is one of the leading CRM apps currently available on the market and a winner of Expert's Choice Award for 2018.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very lightweight & can't be used with other CRMs
Can't use same database as marketing platform

Incredibly Easy and Intuitive to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and intuitive it is to create great looking websites with the CMS. Everything you need to manage the look and design of your company pages can be easily done in this software. They've really figured out how to make it so simple to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that's sometimes annoying is all the updates being made to the tool that require changing the daily routine. But I appreciate that they make the legacy tools available for awhile after new updates are in effect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping one of our main clients get new signups online for their gym. The gated content feature of HubSpot landing pages is a real game-changer. It's so easy to make to landing page that can produce lead capture and looks great, all integrated with the site.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy use. Its products and services aim to provide tools for social media marketing, content management, web analytics and search engine optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price tag. For $200 per month, the Basic package allows you to grow and refine your business as you build momentum with inbound marketing. This package allows you to have three user logins, with a maximum of 100 contacts, but you are welcome to add to your network for an additional $100 per 1,000 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is one of the best-integrated CRM platforms on the market and no other free CRM solution can offer the same level of integration
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple, easy, and does not take long to learn as compared to other companies I’ve operates with before.

HubSpot brings all the tools you need for marketing together in one place. There are tons of features and the support team is great to work with.

HubSpot is overall an expensive tool, but if you use it correctly, you get a lot of value.

We manage all our digital marketing through HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's user interface makes it easy to work with and troubleshoot even when you may not know exactly what you are doing. The built in reporting is helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hubspot makes things a little too simplified and doesn't show you the nuts and bolts of what you are trying to do. The end result is that sometimes you cannot do exactly what you wanted to do or see exactly the data you wanted because the UI limits the use cases for simplicity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to host our website, run our marketing automation and and handle lead scoring for inbound leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really vet out each part of the tool and make sure it's the right tool for the stage of your business

Hubspot has a very easy to understand interface with appropriately labeled tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal changes with no real explanation externally given.

Hubspot is a great organizational and planning tool for content.

Hubspots user support is extremely responsive and helpful. They consistently take on tasks even if they don't have an answer right off of the bat.

What I dislike most about the HUbspot platform is editing the blog on HubSpot is very finicky.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use once you learn the platform. The more I work with the more powerful I learn it's ability to track my campaigns accurately. Workflows also make creating effective campaigns easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they implement UI changes that make it harder to reach commonly used features. Also when features are merged I feel I find out only after the implementation happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, creating lead capturing pages, and content creation. I love how it tracks all these elements and allows me to look data to find ways to improve client campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has an unbeatable customer success team, which is perhaps the biggest differentiator from their competitors (who will often charge you when you need help). They set the bar high and exceed it every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Hubspot started as a contacts-based system, reporting from an account-based view can be incredibly difficult. They're constantly improving reporting functionality relative to their Companies and Deals categories, but it's still pretty far behind the competition for comprehensiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We joined Hubspot after using Pardot with no success, and I have to say that it completely transformed our small marketing team's capabilities. Social media management, organized file storage for content and design, workflow automation and comprehensive campaign support... there is not one part of our marketing efforts that has not been vastly improved by switching to Hubspot
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely do it. It's worth evaluating against other competitors if you are a larger business-- if I worked for a company that could afford an entire marketing automation team, I would likely consider Marketo over Hubspot. For the growing marketing team, however, Hubspot is priceless.

How would I live without HubSpot?

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is one of my favorite softwares to use at work! We use ours for Email marketing, social media posting and reporting, blogs, and creating landing pages (along with a few other things that im not as familiar with), and it's so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is I feel like HubSpot is watering down their analytics and reporting. I understand they're probably doing this to make it "easier" to understand, but it takes away a lot of insightful data at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, social media scheduling, it saves us a lot of time having all of these things in one place.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for inbound marketing software.
