Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
The people that work at HubSpot. Extremely service-minded and helpful. I love the videos they make to help you out with questions. Support tickets followed-up in no time. The certifications is very helpful to learn the basics in both inbound marketing but also Hubspot, and the movies are very good and educational - the speakers are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page is not always structured in an intuitive way. Some things are really hard to find - i.e. how to edit the email templates. Need improvements on this area. Kind of hard to get that there is three different places to edit the website and blog - both under Marketing > Website, in the design manager and in settings. I understand the different functions but it would be more optimal to have it all in one place. Or at least a good user manual on where to find things in HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a new website, keeping track of customers and deals, marketing analytics, CRM, email conversations. It's beneficial to have all in one place.

I would recommend the software
HubSpot is a Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are easy to use and you can easily manage all of your marketing efforts in one system with HubSpot. The learning center is also very helpful when you want to brush up on the best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has been updated quite frequently this year and the updates were very big changes. It took a while to get used to the buttons moving around and being organized in different places. Once I figured out where everything was, a few things changed again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for our website, blog and landing pages. The forms and CTA features are easy to manage and allow us to track user behaviors on the web pages. We also use the Workflows to automate our lead nurturing which saves a ton of time over the course of a year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great system that covers all areas for Inbound Marketing. The system is user friendly and helps improve communication among your team.
Great all-in-one solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's an all in one solution that enables content generation, publishing and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content strategy tool, whilst great, could do with a few additional analytics to establish performance more granularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management, content generation, analysis
A Swiss Army Knife for Modern Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless end to end integration across Sales, Marketing, CRM and Customer Service. The integration really helps track a customer's journey across all channels and provides everything in one place itself. Moreover, the attribution tools are really good and really work well to illustrate the performance of each team.
Dashboards are a Godsend.
Dashboards are a Godsend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content Management tools are not quite there yet. CMS lacks basic functionality like Version Control, Two Tier Tag/Category system, Efficient Media Assets Management - things that we have come to expect because of WordPress.
Similarly, the landing page builder and the design tools could be improved, in terms of the User Experience. One Folder level management of landing pages is another shortcoming.
Actually, HubSpot should take a page out of the Wordpress ecosystem and try to make its CMS products better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and Optimizing Marketing and Sales performance across multiple channels.
The attribution systems are top tier. The Sales, Marketing, CRM products are very tightly integrated, and switching between different contexts is a convenient task. The educational resources, particularly the InBound Academy are very helpful indeed, and the courses help in a quick onboarding to the platform. Altogether, these things are a tremendous time saver.
On a related note, HubSpot is truly playing by its InBound playbook, and is indeed the king of content marketing ( in its vertical). You can't search for a solution to a marketing problem without running into something educational and helpful that HubSpot isn't already offering.

Yes
No one doesn't need HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to manage my entire web presence and all my marketing assets under one "roof," from my website, to social media, to emails, to lead capture forms, to contact management, to marketing automation--its all there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent interface upgrades can sometime make it difficult to track down my favorite tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting web traffic to leads, Nurturing leads, and showing ROI for marketing efforts. HubSpots visibility into pretty much every facet of our web marketing efforts allows us to see whats converting, whats not, and to course correct. Best of all, we are able to quantify successes and prove the ROI for our marketing dollars and efforts.
Overall satisfied but sad because never received an email confirmation about the certification.
What do you like best about the product?
You can track the progress done and continue withe the remaining topics. I also like that you can pause and speed the videos and download the transcripts of each video. The FAST TESTS!!! I really liked those 3 tricky questions about a topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Practical exercises required a percentage of success so they can count towards the accomplishment of them. I was very disappointed of the fact that because a landing page did not had more than the required CTR did not count or was valid as one of my practical exercises. Also, I was so happy that I passed my exam with a 70/75 but when I realized that the certification was not completed because of some practical exercises I felt that all the process and progress was not valid. I honestly want to finish the HubSpot Software certification and add more certifications to my profile but I'm worried that the result will be the same in all of them. I love HubSpot, I'm really into it and promote them with friends...As an agency we're working hard to complete the Agency certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: Effective Lead capture, Automatic response to email, design and email templates. Content pages and pillar pages. We use to track keywords when the tool was enabled (we really miss it!)
Benefits: optimize websites for SEO. Contacts and prospects in one platform. Social Media/Content calendar online and visible to all the users of an account, lead flows!!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best Inbound marketing platform for your own company and clients. It is a learning process because as you advance in building campaigns for your clients you acquire knowledge.
As far of certification make sure you complete all the practical exercises before you take the exam. Do not stop learning, continue watching videos and learn more and more! The platform is so versatile that they offer new and great content everyday.

Easy to use, but almost too dummied down...
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Hubspot user for the past year. The product is very simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports could be a little more robust. You can't summarize data from two fields. The reporting feature is not very useful in its current state. Product does change without notice, other times, a "warning, this is about to change" doesn't happen for a long time if ever. I find discrepancies in reports from Google Analytics and Hubspot. Sometimes you have to completely exit out of Hubspot when you make a change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing has been made very easy. Website updates are fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this product. HubSpot is easy to use, but with a few minor tweeks, it could be better.
Highly recommend HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about HubSpot is the tracking and analytics. It's so easy to see how many clicks, views, etc. that a landing page or call to action is getting. I am able to gage how well certain e-mails perform and what topics my customers like to read about in blogs. It really helps my company make informed decisions about what content we put in front of our audience based on their interactions with previous content.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike about HubSpot is the formatting toolbox, specifically in blogs and on landing pages. Sometimes it is hard to format text how I would like it to look. I can always make it work, but it's not always the easiest. I end up playing around with styles and spacing to get everything consistent. It would also be nice to have a format painter that could clone formatting and apply it to another area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed our marketing team to create leads for our sales team to follow up on. It is such a great platform to track the activity of leads and put content in front of them that is relevant to them and beneficial to their decision-making process. Through HubSpot, we have realized that relevant content creation and education of our products will more likely turn a lead into a sale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend HubSpot to others if you are looking for a platform that houses multiple areas of marketing and sales functions.
Hubspot is a very powerful tool but, in my implementation, we have had several problems.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very powerful tool, you have visibility of everything and the automation makes tasks easier. I really like "Campaigns" because you can combine different actions for a campaign or project and monitor the individual and overall results.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many limitations at the programming level, which subsequently leads to SEO problems. In the Academy, not all courses have subtitles, and some that do are incorrect or out of sync, which becomes a problem for training teams that do not know English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management. It is easier to solve errors and in "Campaigns" I have visibility of all the marketing actions executed for a campaign and the results obtained.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that the correct steps are carried out during implementation, especially if migrating from another CMS, verify that it is done correctly or the SEO will be affected.
One of the best platforms for digital marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot goes above and beyond to train users in the use of their software, and their marketing philosophy. Building pages is straightforward, and tailored towards the "inbound marketing" approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools for blog writing can lead to difficulty. For example, an embedded video can display correctly in the preview, but have its dimensions radically altered when published to the live site. Additionally, SEO checklists like those offered on competing platforms, while not missing, are obscure and easy to miss in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot functions as our webhost, and CRM database. Getting everything integrated on the same platform allows more accurate lead tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do as many training courses as possible before diving in to creating anything on the platform.
