Powerful and comprehensible marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes is easy to manage our website even if you don't have much web development experience. It's simple and intuitive and it can scale as your company grows into many other areas such as sales and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been cases when the platform doesn't suit our specific need, for instance in the case of setting up a chatbot given to a certain scenario. However these cases are rare and they are usually just small inconveniences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us solve many marketing tasks ranging from social media management, website, blog and content management to CRM. The marketing department works more efficiently and due to the platform's analytics, we are constantly improving our work.
A Good Product for Any Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
All the info you need is in one place and it fulfills all your mayor marketing needs. good web management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is not great. Sometimes there are glitches with emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to design website and generated inbound leads.
Constantly updating to add new features
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot since 2013 and can honestly say that Im excited to see what new features they will add. They have continuously listened to their users and improved their product. I think their workflow for emails and other triggers is the easiest I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their export capabilities would improve but its not too much of a blocker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating any and everything through Hubspot is the best. You can save so much time being able to set and forget things in Hubspot and really easily see if something is going wrong. I have used every part of Hubspot over the past 5 years from sales to email marketing and social to hosting a website and I am happy with each in its own way.
Robust Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Evolving Blog, Web Template and Design Tools, and Email Tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more analytics tools, though they are adding more and improving some. More useful features could be added to the A/B page testing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for email marketing and nurtures. Also for our blog and some landing pages. I use it mainly for blog and web pages, as well as the analytics tools. We have set up successful email nurtures and campaigns with Hubspot's email automation; and I enjoy the ease of page building. Our entire team is able to work on blog posts, not just the ones with coding knowledge. Hubspot has also been easy to learn for me, and others on my team who were new to it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is easy to use and satisfies most of our business needs. I, and others on my team, have experienced Hubspot as being pretty easy to adopt and the support has been good.
Saving us a ton of time
What do you like best about the product?
We're only using the free version currently, but it has already helped us save time while helping us distribute content to our website visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the good stuff needs to be paid for, but that is fair.

Automating marketing activities while centralizing our systems into one.
A super complete tool for growing companies
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a complete tool that allows you to align your inbound, marketing and sales efforts when you are at a growing stage. Having everything connected in one unique place saves time and improves the integration between processes. It's easy to use and the learning center is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some key integrations are missing, as the one with Likeding Lead Gen Forms. A part from that, maybe the reporting side included without any add on is a bit weak, should be improved in that sense and take more profit of the integration of functionalities to provide also integrated analytics in the reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm implementing the inbound and content strategy using Hubspot as a CMS and as a platform for all our marketing automation.

Try to dedicate time to follow the trainings and videos from the learning center, as some of them provide you insightful tips and recommendations.
The Most All Inclusive Marketing and Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Website building and hosting - with beautiful template and an extraordinary cms hubspot is the ideal tool for your website. Build in CTA’s from the crm side and unlock a powerful sales and marketing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
My account manager changes pretty much every year since they are growing so much. I feel like the relationship would be better with a consistent point of contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s our all in one tool and that allows us to spend more time focusing on the content than fighting with all of the different tools and plugins of other softwares.

Try their free tool first and see how you like it! They have great blog resources as well for sales and marketing people.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use workflows, plus it works well with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little on the pricey side and it's SEO-based marketing functionality has room to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating our companies first outreach campaigns. We have used HubSpot to campaign a webinar from start to finish.
HubSpot Marketing tools allow our team to launch global marketing campaigns easily.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to customize templates for marketers to use. More so, having a robust platform to perform lead generation, store contacts, and launch websites streamlines work to provide increased efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a product HubSpot is still maturing and there are significant changes as well as many Beta products that have existed for 1+ years. Online documentation contains outdated information. Multiple rebrands, mean UI changes frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows our team to quickly set up landing pages for special events and send emails based on user interaction. The HubDB functionality allows our team to add content to templated sites more easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot uses a Python-like templating engine and feels similar to Django and Jinja.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a centralized palce to cover the majority of your marketing needs. That can't really be beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tech is beginning to feel older and stale. It isn't bad, yet. But they are in danger of falling behind the competition if they don't hit the restart button soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allowed us to go from using 5-6 websites to manage all of our different marketing tasks, down to just 2-3. That is a huge simplification that genuinely helps at the end of the day.
