Control in detail everything that happens in my company
What do you like best about the product?
that keeps me up to date with all the movements of the users on my website

that there are times when the page gets stuck
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By giving me information about the visits of the users of my page, I achieve a high percentage of sales.
Not as useful as I thought it would be

Easy to use. The dashboard is customizable and shows a lot of information all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t easily integrate with WordPress to publish blogs and I think content creation tools in general could be better.

Easy to analyze everything all in one place and show results to clients.
Tons of features! Maybe too many for our small company

HubSpot provides a lot of different features for sales and marketing efforts. I appreciate the prospects list and ability to create landing pages within the program.

It can take a long time to learn how to use the system

We’re small, but for a larger company it would be extremely efficient in streamlining your marketing automation, website and sales leads.

Forced to use subdomains for blogs, glitches in interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having lead captures, blog publishing, email, and CRM in one place makes it an easy sell to clients. However, in order to make it easy to use, Hubspot also restricts a lot of the freedom afforded with a more basic Wordpress deployment
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The main issue with HubSpot for SEO-focused marketers is the forced blog subdomain and freedom that is sacrificed in the name of making the interface easier to use for less experienced users. For instance, you can't even edit the H1 and page title of a blog separately without custom code!

Let the tool allow you to have a history of everything that has happened with a user, which allows for more effective tracking.

have to refresh the page to verify that the contact result has been updated, for example

This software provides the best tools for companies to connect their clients with customers efficiently.

We would have liked a trial run before we purchased the software.

We are solving research problems that we have had in the past within the marketing of our clients.
Good email tracker platform
What do you like best about the product?
It was great to track emails. I like that it is a multi use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no demo in the beginning. Could use a tutorial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for email tracking for our marketing canpaigns. We would send out promotional links and could track foot traffic to the site and how many people purchased our products using the link.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used hubspot for my businesses pricing needs and organizing the various subcontractors we work with as a small business. It allows the freedom and flexibility for us to keep our contacts information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not going to be scalable for us once we grew larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our subcontractors informstion in one place and allowing for the communications between our various departments to be kept up to date easily.
