Hubspot is great for entry level businesses that need a crm
What do you like best about the product?
its easy to use, the interface is intuitive. the starter plan gives you access to a little bit of everything, and to start this is more than enough for most use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
when you try to sclae, the plans do jump in price quite a bit, but if its the tool you need than it is worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use hubspot all around, but we use the cms to host our content, various splash pages that we need quickly, we host our images, various documents

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CMS Hub is awesome for automating marketing tasks and making things easier for us. It's packed with useful info, and their support team is really helpful if we run into any problems. I love how it integrates with social media, saving us time and effort. The preview feature in the design manager is a game-changer, ensuring our content looks great on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that some advanced features can be pricey to add on. We also encounter small bugs occasionally, but they don't usually cause big issues. Integrating with certain other tools can be a bit tricky too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS Hub is solving a lot of our marketing headaches. It helps us automate tasks, so we save time and effort. With its social media integration, we can reach more people easily. The smart content feature is a big help too, as it tailors our content to different locations, making it more relevant to our audience. Overall, it's making our marketing more effective and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
We integrate the contacts with our call center to have a history and record of the requests we receive, mainly to have both systems synchronized by associating the contact with the company that makes the request, also having access to tags and call recordings regarding the support received. The application is used almost daily, so it is used frequently, as long as our customer service hours are active.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with CloudTalk fails in the area of call duration regarding customer support, often providing incorrect information that does not allow for context on the duration being queried in HubSpot from the contact property. Additionally, from the app, it does not redirect correctly when you enter the logo or contact of HB from, for example, CloudTalk, as it takes you to log in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to integrate the information from our HubSpot CRM with our customer service channels, thus avoiding reprocessing in the search for contacts registered on both platforms, in addition to having access to the profile of the third party communicating with support.

How it connects with all of hubspots other tools, so you don't need any developer resource to build your business in the early days at least

It's quite expensive for what it is. Although there are startup credits.

The platform is very easy to use, it has great customer support and a host of customization that covers CRM, SEO, e-commerce, and very high security to ensure that your user data is protected. Implementation is also straightforward practically drag and drop.

For you to get the most out of the tool you need to be subscribed to the professional plan with would be pricy for most startups.

Hubspot is the CMS for the 21st Century
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use yet very powerful. Lots of options on templates. Integrated with all other aspects of your marketing program. Great tech support. I could go on. Happy user. Can't begin to touch this functionality at the price point.

Sometimes the template options can be a bit limited on design elements.

Fast, easy way to build outstanding websites. Fast for blogs, landing pages, etc. Combined with other modules it's a complete marketing ecosystem.
Great tools, still a little room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
We love using the landing pages for sales prospects to house multiple types of collateral that we can update. Much easier to share info as opposed to multiple attachments
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting across various platforms is difficult to optimize. Sometimes the interface to create a website can be clunky, specifically managing the spacing between blocks, again particularly across desktop vs mobile platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to share a lot of collateral with a sales client in a personalized way, which makes it easier to share, gives us the ability to update without sending a new attachment, and gives us insight into views/clicks.

While there have been instances where not all questions were fully resolved, the overall support experience remains top-notch.

There aren't any major negative aspects or points of dissatisfaction.

It streamlines our content management process, making it easier to create, manage, and modify website content without needing extensive technical expertise. This ease of use has significantly reduced the time and resources we previously dedicated to website management.

I like that it is very easy to find what I'm looking for but there are also so many features and settings that I learn about everyday.

I find that sometimes the wording for trying to find certain things is a bit difficult.

We are able to quickly spin up website pages easily.
