SanerNow helps automate security patching with ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Our team implemented SanerNow for automating compliance check and patch management across our organization's devices. It provided detailed compliance report helping us stay audit ready. I like it's automated patch deployment, which allows our systems to auto apply patches for Windows and Linux systems based on severity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dashboard menu felt cluttered which makes it harder to find certain settings. Also, few Linux based server took longer to receive patches requiring manual intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SanerNow has made compliance and security management much easier for us. If they refine the UI and improve RBAC controls, it would even be more powerful tool. Still it's a great choice for IT teams looking for automation in security compliance.

I am very satisfied with SanerNow's digital security features, they respond very well to any of my security needs, I can only recommend them, I have nothing bad to say about their services.

We attempted to integrate it with our SIEM system for better logging, but process was not as similar as expected.

Pretty good but expensive tool
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty simple UI in my opinion, does its job pretty well for a SIEM tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can vary a lot based on what you want or how big your business might be. Its fine for large scale but for small scale you might look into other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our problems by reducing our vulnerabilities from attacks as well as reducing the attack surface, pretty good for now. Will see how it does in future
