SanerNow's Role in a life of a Cyber Security Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
SanerNow is a real time threat detection tool that provides a continuous support to new vulnerabilities, patch updates and even certain critical threats that needs resolution quickly.Its a really quick and helpful threat monitoring tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specifically to dislike about SanerNow, but the fact that it has very vast and numerous features makes it a bit challenging to learn at the start by eventually makes up for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop IT security tool which provides real time coverage and helps in keeping client related assets and saves a lot of time than manual working.
Excellent product for compliance and safety
What do you like best about the product?
It is a product that offers advanced functions with a visual appealing interface, technical support and easy compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high but it doesn't bother that much when it's about safety and a good long term investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use and provides services that helps us in staying protected from bugs and other viruses.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment and configuration. Dashboards and support are outstanding

The reporting module is a little difficult to configure for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a product that fulfills the functions offered with a visually pleasing interface, the technical support is trained to provide adequate help, are kept in constant updates ensuring the safety and functionality of the product, strengthens the security system and the administration of endpoints
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a moderate learning curve to achieve all its functions, the costs are high but nevertheless it is a good investment of money since it has fulfilled the expectations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, security is a fundamental part of any company, after an exhaustive study of the various existing options we chose SanerNow to strengthen security and minimize possible attacks, it is a tool functionally capable of detecting and executing actions to solve problems, it allows us a detailed view of the IT system of the company, as well as comprehensive reports of the security status of the company allowing us to make improvements in vulnerabilities, SanerNow was a great investment to save time and money to the company
Specialized product to protect us from cyber attacks
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and offers the best security features and service that helps us a lot in staying protected from malware. I also like the interface, it is scalable and friendly support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that is significant. Just that some functions could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We frequently scan our system for vulnerabilities and that benefits us because we have more confidence to improve our management, detect patch management endpoints and within our environment everything is fine.
Great product with good easy to use interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool because it is easy to use and awesome. I like to access it from anywhere and make quick evaluations without having to adjust anything. I also liked that the interface is intuitive and its orchestration and automation functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high but I have no problem using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is excellent and provides us with security to protect our environment, which is excellent for its variety of functions that reduce effort and time invested.
IT operations tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and dynamic, the tools panel is easy to access, it has tools for customization, customer service is trained to respond to problems that may arise during implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
During the time of use of the product, it is difficult for me to highlight any negative aspect, since the few inconveniences that arose at the time of installation were adequately solved by the customer service

We implemented SanerNow in order to manage and protect our devices from malware, automate TI operations, the vulnerability scanning function has been of excellent help in saving time in the company, it keeps us alerts to threats, identifying them in order to be solved before they cause damage to the system. SanerNow has been one of the company's best investments
Unifies security management across operating systems.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a security management platform focused on endpoints providing responsiveness in the agents and server having a positive effect as it scans and evaluates the operating systems so that in this way tasks can be performed remotely, SanderNow also has an easy to use platform and has a free version that makes it easy to understand how the platform operates as it strengthens the security of the entire operating system within companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing that has caused us displeasure is that whe we try to customize on a larger scale the functions of the dashborads the interface freezes a little, maybe it is the traffic of information, if they adjust this function a little, it would be the best platform to manage the security of the operationg systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our security scheme has taken a significant leap forward since with SanerNow we have been able to build our operating system with much more security and our data is more protected due to the formats provided by this tool
Having a security analyst team with the help of SanerNow
What do you like best about the product?
Three things I like most about SanerNow are: scan – first and foremost, its vulnerability scanning is outstanding. It is pretty much like having a security analyst team of experts recommend scanning my network regularly for vulnerabilities 24/7. It's easy to use though. Customer support is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the reporting interface seems a little crowded for me. I sometimes wish it was simpler to navigate through all the dashboards and filters. When you work with multiple assets, the experience gets a bit overwhelming, and this is where the lay-out might need some adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No organization can survive in the digital age without keeping a close eye on vulnerabilities. SanerNow has quickly become a lifesaver, enabling me to strengthen myself against threats even before malicious actors can derive advantage from them. Having it gives off a great peace of mind, taking away the pressure and letting me concentrate on other key priorities.
Management the IT infrastructure with the help of SanerNow.
What do you like best about the product?
I am very much happy with the intutive UI of this tool and also it's very much easy to use and get all the IT infrastructure report within 1 click. It saves a lots of work and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, it's a bit hard for the new people to implement it properly. Beside that, customization of report is not possible too. There is no option to integrate any other 3rd party tools with it. Customer support needs a bit of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SanerNow was really a life saver for me. Several security check and managing the device has just been possible because of SanerNow. It has helped me a lot to save my times and money and helped me secured the IT infrastructure.
