A fantastic and versatile cyber hygiene solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's very much easy to deploy and also it's a strong security tool to reduce malware attacks. It's the main attraction for me to this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit hard to get used to it for the first time. That's a downpoint for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting me by mitigating the vulnerabilities. And as it is as much afforadble that can be used in small companiese too.
Saner now, one stop shop for our IT needs
What do you like best about the product?
My most favouraite part about Saner now is their support. Support are willing to help and are super quick with their responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets complicated considering all the modules they have in store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It soliving multiple problems at once. To begin with we use it for our IT assest tracking then for Vulnrability scanning an dfor patch managemanet for endpoints as welll.

What do you like best about the product?
Patching is very efficent in runs quickly and does a good job
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could be a little more streamlined in terms of getting to each module and being able to kick off one off jobs to servers. Would love to be able to run scripts in the EM module on servers both one off and on a schedule interval. Having a command line or powershell tool in the EM module would be super helpful. We also found some bugs in reporting that we are waiting to be fixed.

Patch manangement for endpoints and servers. We also leverage some the vulnerabilites and endpoint management
Saner as a product is great so far but ones it gets more features it will be more powerful than now.

It doesnt have remote tools such as remote control or remote cmd prompt.

Helping keep up to date with patches and helps with system reports.

What do you like best about the product?
provides continuous visibility to the computing environment, identifies vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, mitigates loopholes to eliminate attack-surface, and helps automate these routines.

i need to think about because as of now i can not face any prompt issue.

monitoring endpoint activities is guranteed when you have sanerNow as your preferred security tool
the constant update option with sanerNow is a perfect feature ,it ensures our company is ahead of the vulnerability.infact the vulnerability landscape is even detected earlier before the chances of happening are concluded

intergration with ICS platforms,this feature basically allows to manage vulnerabilities even with tradtional IT infrastructure systems

cost of running the software in your company is expensive,no bugs plus api intergration tools when you want to run the system as an admin are not provided by the software .
learning to operate the software as a team is the most hectic task you can be provided with,the software developers for this option really need to do some reconsideration
service and support ,customer support in that case is not streamlined at all,in case of issues,you really need to hire a third party conversant with sanerNow which points back to the extra cost incurred for that subject

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
vulnerability management before the risk happens ,in our IT infrasture ,sanerNow has guranteed us security by taking care of security threats before they happen.as a personal user,i really dont have security issues as long as the software is running in our database plus and fully updated

What do you like best about the product?
Saner Now is an excellent product that is easy to deploy. We bought it to help us mitigate our vulnerabilities for systems on our network. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and well worth the investment of time and money. I love the compliance baselining that the product does. It has helped simplify our efforts, allowing us to make considerable strides towards a more secure network. But most of all, the customer support has been excellent. I highly recommend the Saner Now product suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish the product had was a simplier way to reboot systems. A simple button next to the systems under the inventory screen would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two main functions we are using Saner Now for is vulnerability scanning and mitigation and compliance baselining. It's doing both of these things very well and has reduced our overall vulnerability footprint.
It's a good product for patching and compliance.

It's very user frendly and esy to deploye any patch in your organization.

We used this tool from last 2 year and we can't find any negative in this tools.

Aggent version upgrading 6.0.2.1 and now we able to exclude unwanted patch secussfuly.
