SanerNow EndPoint Management
What do you like best about the product?
Patch Management provided by SanerNow is top of the line. Having worked in Information Security for the last 14 years I would say that this is one of the best products when it comes to Patch Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike being a strong word - just like any other product SanerNow can always improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset Management, Patch Management and Endpoint Management - as a company with less than 50 employees, it is difficult to invest in a full-fledged on-prem software. SanerNow took that pain away from us with their agent and web based admin console it is now easier for us to schedule patch management at a click of a button.

What do you like best about the product?
I test this product at work in comparison to a few others and its focus is mainly on patching, security and vulnerability management.
I tested it on Windows and 3rd party apps, it meets most of the requirements and can be used with on-prem WSUS

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a bit confusing and can be improved which makes it easier for admins to work. For example, if I want to install the patch on a device, it had to go through different ways to do it.

VULNERABILITY MANAGEMENT IS excellent. They have a very good patching services and has taken away a lot of head ache of our IT teams and security teams. End point detection and response EDR s are excellent

asset management for IT teams of our organization, securing our end points, vulnerability management and patch management is done by saner now at our organization.
vulnerability management and patch management is very excellent feature of saner now. It automatically takes care of patching. This has incredibly introduced more productivity among our teams and saved a lot of time. Risk assessment is a very good feature of saner now. risk scoring has made it easier to keep track. saner now is a business enabler and its back bone is automatic patching.

EXCELLENT ENDPOINT SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT TOOL. Saner now is excellent for endpoint security and management especially in this pandemic times when everyone is working from home, endpoint security is the big challenge for organizations. Our organization faced a lot of challenges in securely working from home. Saner now saved a lot of money, it is a very economical solution and not many security tools are needed if you buy saner now as a solution for your endpoint security problems.

Not easy to navigate, would be helpful if actions can be performed by selecting a device for example choose a device and reboot

patch management service is good benefitted us a lot. Vulnerability management, vulnerability monitoring and vulnerability assessment are the best features of saner now. Risk assessment has become much more easier for our security team and IT team.
Saner now monitors our organization's assets and has helped us enforcing RBI security policies and enforcing other security policies such as PCI DSS, GDPR respective to the regions of our operations for accurately auditing our assets and software infrastructure security. saner now has helped a lot maintain the record for each and every network and individual endpoints and assists. It is effort less to manage and monitor activity of every endpoint assets in the network. With the help of saner now our organization can easily identify any new device in the network whether it is trusted or untrusted. SANER NOW IS A MUST HAVE TOOL FOR EVEY ORGANIZATION.

they have very easy remediation of vulnerabilities and on admin level simple to incorporate any changes. Their vulnerability monitoring, scanning are the best features of their product. Asset management is easier. FOR THIR PART RISK MANAGEMENT THIS TOOL IS VERY GOOD. Saner Now provides excellent report for risk management and helps a lot with risk prioritization and remediation.

What do you like best about the product?
SanerNow is a comprehensive endpoint security suite that is reasonably priced for automation and management of endpoint security of desktops and laptops of organisations and businesses. The suite has agents for Windows, Linux and MacOS and provides a well-designed dashboard for administrators to oversee and manage all their endpoint devices that are connected to the Internet. An added advantage for Indian government and public sector organisations is that it can be procured through Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

There is insufficient information about how well can it be integrated into an organisation's ISMS and reporting system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SanerNow is being used to automatically identify vulnerabilities and risks, patch management, tracking of compliance to various security standards, map organisational policies to endpoints, get visibility into endpoint activities, and monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats (EDR). It provides a single-pane view to administrators and CISOs.
