It is a great tool to protect your Endpoint
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for Endpoint Protection. Very simple to use and deploy. Console is very user friendly to use. Agent is very light, it doesn't take resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it is takes too much time to scan the files. Sometime it shows false positive with the document files. No trial version is available of this product which is little bit of frustrating. Doesn't protect Linux environment which is little bit disappointment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very good product to protect your endpoint and solved most of the common problem.
CheckPoint Sandblast Agent harmony
What do you like best about the product?
SandBlast Agent is one of the best endpoint protection in market compatible with any PC OS running in environment even Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slowness felt in some PCs not running on SSD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to reduce system threats and employee downloading unwanted files to the system generating threats for organisation.
Its file examine and threat protection , files scanning mechanism is good.
What do you like best about the product?
I like its file scanning mechanism and threat detection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its limitation for the browsers is not so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an issue with some machines as sandblast is taking high CPU utilization.

What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing which you could not dislike. Best end device compatibility and protection. Light software with which even the end users would not feel any difference. And security as always on the top.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Sandblasts Agent the only dislike is its price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to control internet traffic from the device perspective. Monitor and create report per user basis. Get an end to end encryption on data. Limiting connections such as usb Bluetooth on end devices and any more.

What do you like best about the product?
Sandblast agent gives a complete end to end protection for your endpoints either it be Mac or windows.
A complete endpoint protection having zero-day phishing protection, credential theft protection etc.
With Sandblast agent we are able to monitor end user PCs and limit visitor access to unwanted websites.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such dislikes as for now with the SandBlast Agent product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SandBlast Agent to monitor end user activities. We are able to get detailed reports on each and every pc running in our organisation and obviously preventing attacks being the first priority.
With this harmony agent we are able to protect data at rest as well as data in transit.

What do you like best about the product?
This is very good solution for End Point protection, With the help of Check Point Sand Blast Agent we can protect zero day malware or unknown malware as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Check Point Sandblast Agent has no free trail available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File Restoration and Malware protection was our pain area as we have remote users . this is very good solution for us

It is a complete endpoint security solution which prevents threats to the endpoint such as ransomware, phishing or drive-by malware and other types of Virus and make our Network secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not popular with the users. It takes a lot of time to scan the downloaded files. It needs to be popularised with the Vendors in order to increase its sales.

Due to various Cyber Attacks people are taking interest to procure End Point Protection. End Point needs to be properly managed and adopt End Point Protection.

File restoration in sandblast agent is the best ever feature I loved in Checkpoint.
Checkpoint SandBlast Agent has the industries best catch rate of malware and protecting Endpoints against well known as well zero day attacks\.
Agent does not even takes much of our pc / mac utilisation and works efficiently towards malware protection.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anti Exploit technologies are good with the agent deployed. Endpoint detection rate and response are also the best features.
We use antivirus and advanced threat protection, full disk encryption (FDE), remote access VDP, and zero-day phishing prevention, among other features.

Is very easy to deploy on your production environment. Very good integration with other Check Point technologies

Not too many different options. Needs to support more formats

Zero day attacks and a lot of ransomware received in our end-points

Very good security approach. First time i used it, i was surprise as was not in the typical Check Point scope

Check Point Sandblast Agent was for us the best suited Advanced Endpoint Protection. It was deployed quickly within our world-wide organization. The management console has an intuitive user interface and is easy to use.

False positives in complex Microsoft Office documents, size of the product

Inadequate support to resolve this - we were told that's normal. 4. How long it takes to scan addresses, text fields (thankfully only the first time you access the website) 5. Very unpopular with users, particularly power users - leading to some browser switch to ones not covered by Sandblast Agent - Firefox, Chromium etc. 6. False positives on websites - including legitimate business banking websites.

Persistent cyber attacks on my organization as well as mobility have triggered us to look into endpoint protection. The antivirus solution we had did no longer cut it.
It is very important to get management buy in and include team that manages and supports endpoints in your organization. Endpoints need to be properly managed as we learned that our endpoints have not been reliably been patched despite of having the necessary tools. This led to a lot of issues during deployment which are not specific to Check Point Sandblast but also to other products.
