Budget friendly and very customisable testing tool !
What do you like best about the product?
What I like in Ridgebot is automatic security validation feature that easily blend with penetration testing and continuous problem checking using AI. I like its working mechanism and integrates well with our existing created workflow setup without any problem so far.Best part is that it uses most advance technological strategies to identify vulnerabilities in our client's programs and send the feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative insights regarding Ridgebot platform .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Ridgebot to be most reliable in identifying vulnerabilities in our client's software programmes. The best part is that it use latest hack techniques and strategies to test vulnerabilities so it make sure our program is tested with all latest attacks no vulnerabilities is left without correcting and it also takes less time so it's very productive tool for us.

Ridgebot Sales Department handles transaction very well. We asked for POC and they response very fast and they can easily understand our needs and demands.
Software:
We like the reports and action suggestions given by Ridgebot Software.
We also like executive summary report as it is very straightforward and can easily understand.
Technical:
Ridgebot have very reliable technical people that are very much willing to support us anytime. They know the sofware very well.

Ridgebot is a fantastic modern automatic pentest tool thant allow quicky identify the possible hole in your networks. You can focus to the worst cve or misconfiguration (like default password) to remediate your posture before it can be used.

Over time, I have not come across anything to dislike about RidgeBot as it has a rather user friendly interface.

it solves the problem of an automatic continuos pentest, and the human factor also meant test results could sometimes be flawed

Performing penetration testing on a real-world environment can be very tricky, if not executed properly can lead to some serious implications. This tool helps solve the problem by automating a complicated process and gives meaningful results with little to no human effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool setup is an arduous process and requires some manual effort even though there's support offered. It would be better if tool could be integrated with cloud to help solve this.
