What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about RidgeBot is its comprehensive scanning capabilities which combine vulnerability assessment and penetration testing in a single solution. The automated exploitation features save time and provide real insights into potential security breaches by demonstrating possible attack paths. The dashboard is intuitive, presenting complex data in an easily digestible format which enhances the decision-making process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the tool does an excellent job at identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities, the generated reports can sometimes lack depth in recommendations for remediation. Also, for less common or custom applications, the tool might require manual configuration, which can be a bit time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
In modern times where ransomware attacks are on the rise, a tool like Ridgebot that allows you to quickly assess your security posture is all one can ask for.
It scans and exploits vulnerability in the organization and provides remediation strategies to patch them up.

What do you dislike about the product?
Over time, I have not come across anything to dislike about RidgeBot as it has a rather user friendly interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In times past we relied on human penetration testers and this caused delays in the assessment of ones posture. Also the human factor also meant test results could sometimes be flawed as competencies vary.

The ease of use and the great advantages it offers with its penetration tasks to different destinations, showing the weak points that organizations must reinforce and improve.

I must have a virtualized infrastructure to be able to run it.

Solve the difficulty in conducting a good penetration test on various targets such as servers, end-user devices, and web platforms, since manual testing can take several weeks, while RidgeBot performs them in hours. Additionally, every month there are updates to its databases and/or libraries, quickly improving the exposure to new threats that may affect our IT infrastructure.

The platform is easy to use and has a range of very useful features for vulnerability analysis and exploitation.

Some features like API penetration are missing at this moment.

I like the simplisity to get started, the senario packages are a great why to get moving! Support has been easy to work with when I have run into something I do not understand.

Currently the start automation is not working for me.

This has added benifits for our security offering, redusing the time and effors to fine exploits.
