Zoho Analytics excels in its user-friendly interface and powerful data visualization features. What do you like best about the product?
Ability to gather data from multiple sources, including other Zoho Apps and external sources such as SQL Server. We also use the Zoho Analytics API to integrate complex reporting requirements for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to customise the look of dashboards and reports. This looks to be a feature coming in the near future, however.

Gathering and reporting on data from all of our data sources. It gives us the ability to filter and integrate data with other applications, as well as to display this information in dashboards for management
