Zoho CRM - A single place where one can maintain all CRM Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Zoho Analytics is one of the best solutions to place the stuff coming from various CRM Solutions an organization use for maintaining sales and marketing data, and on top of that provides a number of ways to aggregate and analyze data points
What do you dislike about the product?
Though Zoho is one of best solution for keeping the data , but sometimes external connectors fails which one uses to connect it to various BI Tools like Tableau etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoho present in our tech suite we now longer to need to surf to various CRM platforms to track sales and marketing data, we have our data entact with zoho and on top of that the analytics capability also helps to provide numbers to executives.

This accessibility ensures that our teams across different departments can quickly leverage the platform to make data-driven decisions.
Great software just need better ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Personally I like having all of my data in one place both for myself and my clients. I also like that I have all of my client individual data and the combined data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not as user friendly as it could be. I think there's room for improvement for people like me who are data driven but not tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the analytics software to help organize and analyze our clients sales, marketing, and employee data. We've been able to use it to help our clients understand their data.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoho Analytics provides a wide range of options including charts, graphs, pivot tables and dashboards. And the interface is simple and easy to use allows complex things to be done in a simpler way.
It provides seamless integration with various data sources including spreadsheets, databases, cloud etc. Ofcourse advanced analytics like statistical modelling and machine learning

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes understanding complex analytics, it takes a very long time. The learning curve to understand is much higher.. have to go step by step. The customization is very limited for visualizations. The performance of real-time data streaming and processing capability seems to the disliked feature for me personally..

It solves several problems 1/ Data consolidation and analysis.. Data visualization and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the option of reporting and visualization . It provides the collaboration feature which helps to share the work among the team. It has a great ability to import data from cloud storage and different data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It creates issues while working with large data sets and complex data . Integration with other Zoho tool creates an issue in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a great feature to extract the data and process the data which benefits me to save time. It helps to create the reports and manage the analytics .it also provides me the feature to share my data with other team members and stack holders

What do you like best about the product?
I would say the best thing that I really liked about zoho analytics is that is a very user friendly analytical tool.I have enjoyed wot on this tool a lot,if you are a beginner also you can easily create dashboard learn how to integrate data sets

I would say there is nothing ver particular which I did not like about Zoho analytics but yes they can work little more to make user experience more better by giving more information to the user.

I would say Zoho analytics is a good tool or platform where it can solve the problem of analyzing the data in efficient way and also it is a great tool which can benift in creating effective dashboards

API integration could be more compatible with existing tools like Ameyo call management. Better API connect with easier ways to integrate this. Sales force has this better

Zoho Analytics is Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily create dashboards is such a huge value add for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The obvious limitation is limited connections to outside data sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can visualize our Sales Data in a way that helps us track performance. We can easily make changes to our visualizations if we need a new piece of information added.
Useful tool for seeing all data in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like being to see all of my dashboards and easily toggle between different categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The info does not update continuously, it only updates every four hours so when a change in made in our CRM, we cannot see the data right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho analytics solves the problem of looking in multiple places or running manual reports for data purposes. I can check my dashboards in the morning and afternoons without needing to go into our CRM to pull a report or create a new one.
