The High TCO Category Lightning-fast Queries in Coralogix is very useful and super fast

  • December 15, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The High TCO Category Lightning-fast Queries and related features under that category, in Coralogix, are beneficial and super fast. In High Category, Searching for a string match in millions of logs for the last 7 days and getting a result in 1-3 seconds is incredible. Various teams most liked the automatic Anomaly/Error detection and alerting. The Coralogix onboarding and support team are very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving most of my technical queries/assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Liked everything so far. In future releases, I would love to see some more features for Customers and Coralogix benefits. Like, Wanted some of the High Category features in Medium Category as well. Many of my organization's internal teams demand that. Medium category logs are less useful for them for their various tasks. Also, if you can come up with a cost-effective On-Premises solution for Coralogix, which can be used for internal logs, you may get more customers. Otherwise, for various reasons, some organizations may implement other solutions inside their organizations, even though they find it costly and not feature-rich like Coralogix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A super-fast search and visualization infra for millions of logs, different types of parsing rules (especially masking and discarding unwanted strings), multiple teams creation facility to ingest application/business unit level data and access controls, units monitoring and re-distribution facilities, visualization widgets and dashboard creation facility, good technical support, etc

All-in-one log, monitoring, and alerting tool that is easy to use

  • December 15, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use.

Easy to ship logs using Flunetd.

Support is provided 24/7 by a very professional team

An excellent auto-insight and anomaly-detection system that provides incredible insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is no option for auto-detecting multiline logs, and sometimes it's challenging to use Flunetd to handle multiline log records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our logging operations are aggregated into Coralogix. I would say overall, it has proven to be a much better solution than the previous one we had (Graylog).

Brilliant product by Incredible people

  • December 14, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Here's what I like about Coralogix:

- Their out-the-box solution is complete, giving not only full visibility on system logs, behaviors and metrics, but also AI-driven insights, dashboard and visualizations and more
- The solution is easily deployed and integrated and simple to manage due to its simple and precise management page.
- Integratable with most (if not all) of the common platforms - AWS, PagerDuty, Slack, Email, Okta, Prometheus and more,
- Coralogix strives for perfection and demands the same from its employees. As such, they have THE BEST support who readily lend a hand and account managers who often do above and over to ensure the product is used to its fullest.

Also worth mentioning, the Coralogix team is super fun to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little I can say. I've seldom asked for help and didn't receive it, nor asked for a feature that was not already made or was in the roadmap..

I can see how some users might be intimidated by the many features and capabilities that Coralogix has, but it is a fear that perishes soon after using the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Coralogix for logs visibility - which they obviously do. BUT! they give us so much more than that.

With the service, we also export data to Grafana dashboards, manage our application upgrade audit, analyze changes in logging patterns and so much more.

    Logistics and Supply Chain

Professional 24/7 service and fully offloaded daily operations of our centralized logging system.

  • December 12, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For us the biggest help is being able to offload the day to day operations of centralized logging system. But Coralogix also follows that up with very good service and great support.
Even when tailoring to our most edge case issues like massive load testing they are always there to help us and support our efforts.

The tools is also a pleasure to use and we haven't even really started digging into the more advanced use cases yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tradeoff with any managed service is less ability to customise. Even so, Coralogix have been very open to adapting the system to our needs as much as is possible and practical. This of course means we have to go through their support and professional services team so turnaround can be a little slower, but this is a very appropriate price to pay for offloading the operations of the platform to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix have significantly impacted our bottom line when it comes to centralised monitoring tools. They are cheaper than the alternative and with far superior services and product.

The biggest immediate problem they solve is the ability to put our limited DevOps resources to work on other problem instead of being bogged down with toil and ad-hoc work related to centralized logging clusters.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct connection to their team. It has been very helpful to work through architecting problems with their team. The hands-on experitse is worth paying for.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a very specific problem and is quite far-fetched, but it would be nice to have dedicated tenants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with architecture of observiability pipeline

Transforming the way you consume the logs

  • September 29, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The product as a whole is very good.
1. The clustering of logs is good.
2. Integration modules are plenty and for any business its easy to integrate coralogix.
3. Data Metrics are good and alerts help us to trace and triage the issue quickly.
4. This is very useful for multi-microservice platform
5. Customer support is good and their live chat feature is amazing; you get a live agent in almost 2 mins to resolve your issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good, nothing to dislike about coralogix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix helped us transform how we used to store and consume logs, we have multiple places from where we send logs, now using coralogix we can have a single unified way of viewing and inter-relating the logs. This has helped a lot till now to triage the issues.

Top-teir loggin solution

  • September 23, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix provides the tools and interfaces necessary to cleanly and easily integrate log and metric streams under a single pane of glass. Leveraging industry-standard open-source solutions for both delivering and visualizing logs and metrics not only provides a very customizable experience but allows for a broad variety of information to be collected and analyzed in a way none of their competitors have been able to do thus far. On top of the robustness of their collection and visualization systems, they provide a rich set of customizable rules for alerting, log management, cost optimization, and data retention. At the end of the day, all the data you send to Coralogix is yours, even if you choose to leave you can take that data with you. On top of all of that, their customer service experience is top-tier, I haven't had an easier time resolving an issue through a support channel than with the Coralogix support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain feature sets that some of Coralogix's competitors do very well around things like alert messaging, simplicity of logging, building out workspaces for evaluating incidents, etc. Based on their approach of leaning into the open-source tooling and standards that exist there is a bit of a learning curve to get started, there isn't one way to do things so you need to find a solution that best fits your needs. This can lead to a lengthy onboarding process that many people/companies may not have the time or resources for. That being said, the team at Coralogix is very good at what they do and if given the time you will have the right solution for your needs, and will have everything you can get from the easier plug-and-play solutions if not more. They are also always iterating on their offering so some of the above detractors will likely not be an issue a few months or years down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One challenge that I have faced in the logging and metric space is having long-term retention of log data for year-over-year assessments, compliance/security auditing, and general peace of mind. There is always some time limit on how long your data will live, and it would always have to be visualized through the tool. If anything were to happen to the company or you need to cut costs and save some money on the offerings you purchase, you could lose all or most of that data. With Coralogix the data you log is yours, if you stop being a customer you keep it and you can choose what data is kept long-term and what data should only be short lived.
