Aporia guardrails mitigates hallucinations in real time!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of managing and controlling generative AI apps is easy to understand and customize!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see an integration with LLAMA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aporia is solving the problem of improving accuracy in real time. Before using Aporia, it was difficult for my team to mitigate hallucinations and train the GenAI app to suit our internal policies on a 100% scale. With Aporia, we have a centralized place to control performance and make sure that our GenAI apps are aligned with our needs. This has dramatically improved our team's efficiency and productivity.

There are multiple things which I like
1. Solving a real need, especially when most of the things are getting created using LLMs.
2. Easy-to-use interface.
3. Great documentation to understand various use cases and functionalities.

No issues as of now. Overall, the experience is really good.

Aporia helps in monitoring our models and streamlines anomaly detection and enhances model performance

Easy to control your AI apps, mitigating hallucinations and prompt injections.
The UI is very friendly and easy to use. The implementation was quite smooth, I got a lot of support from the Aporia team.

So far I haven't found any specific issues.

I'm able to identify, mitigate and make sure that my AI is more safe and reliable. The guardrails that Aporia provides make it much easier to control our AI apps.

We saw immediate value with Aporia’s out-of-the-box Guardrails to detect risks using LLMs in an internal and external products.
This product is easy to use, integration is seemless and we see a lot of internak usage already.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much negative feedback. It’s a great platform for founding hallucinations in your LLMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an internal Chatbot we use in the company, that uses LLM in its backend.
main problems we encountered are hallucinations in the data (the LLM responses with false answers, that make no sense) and topic leakage (the chatbot talks about subjects we dont want it to talk about).
Aporias Guardrails stopped both of our problems with an amazing accuracy rate.
The integration took less than an hour and we immediately saw the value- for the same prompt, the chatbot used to hallucinate and with Aporia its stays on topic and provides correct information.

Aproia has very intuitive interface which made it really easy for me to understand and make sense of my data.

Not much to dislike in this system, but it would be nice to have dedicated area in the product for questions.

I never had such an appealing experience with data analysis, usually that's the part of my work I run away from. Not anymore.
